Ahh, our resident baseball authority. LOL.

Apparently not since he's not called on it. Besides I can name a dozen pitchers at least that balk on every pitch if going by the letter of the rule book.

True. I just want them to say something, though. It's not fair that he should be able to quick-pitch (meaning start your leg kick in less than one second after coming set), and no one else can.

Total homers. I personally can't stand Matt and hope he leaves soon, as far as Mark Grant is concerned I will leave you with this quote from Rick Sutcliffe “Anybody on Earth that doesn’t like Mark Grant, they’ve got problems.”

Wow, how ironic. In the best whiney voice I can do, "It's not fair." Since when did anyone promise you fair?

No one else can? You're kidding right? Probably 1/3 of the pitchers in baseball get away with it. Especially the ones that pitch from the stretch full time.

Thanks for explaining quick pitch. As if no one else here has any baseball experience. Go try to pass yourself off as a baseball authority somewhere else.

What's so funny is while he's bitching about Cla never getting called for a balk, he would have noticed in the boxscores the other day that he in fact did get called for one.

What's even funnier, is the biggest Bonds homer on the boards, complaining about what's unfair and other players breaking the rules. Talk about irony.

I'm not talking about unfairness necessarily. I'm just saying that somebody should point that out to him.

I'm sure the umpires already discussed this through what's a balk and what is not a balk before each game with the managers.

It is just like a few years ago with Akinori Otsuka.

Anyways, Los Angeles comes into town tonight, Hensley vs. Hendrickson. The offense needs to give our starters runs to work with. Everyone else outside of Cruz Jr., Marcus Giles, and Adrian Gonzalez need to contribute to. I think we have our cleanup hitter, but we need someone else in the lineup to step up behind him. So far it's been A-Gon and Peavy carrying this team.

We suck against SD. Period. They own us. I give up.

EDIT: 4-2 game now, with Nomar up. I think we're due for our weekly homerun.

                        Hooray for our clutch hitting.

How about the clutch brain fart by A-Gon?

Nomar saves the day again. I always hate relying on him, but wow, he is ridiculously clutch with RISP.

It's always great to beat the dodgers. Lets get 2 out of 3.

I'm sorry, but I'll take Josh Barfield over Kevin Kouzmanoff any day. Even if we needed a 3rd baseman, and we were going to sign Giles, either him or Barfield could make a switch to third. Kouzmanoff is a steaming pile of crap from what I've seen.
