Francona certainly wasn't managing to win this series - that seemed obvious - but the players were playing to win so it's all good.

I still can't believe they ended up tying the season series after the way the first 8 games went. Baseball is a funny game. It can turn right back around the other way though so Yanks better stay on their toes.
