And now Stanton. That's not surprising though.

Stanton is turning out to be a real waste of space.

Can we just shut down all the guys we already know are gonna make the roster until opening day? At this rate by then half the team might be guys from Scranton again

Injuries man...the great equalizer. Yankees have had more than their fair share the last few years though; I was curious to see if this team could win 110 games. I think they still run away with the AL East, but it might be more of a slog than a sprint.

Well the plus is this team has alot of depth. But this is already getting ridiculous again.

MLB regular season being pushed back sucks but there is something positive to take away from it all.....Judge and Stanton will be ready for opening day now.

It's sad I was just thinking this.

Well with the season finally starting next week I think it’s a good time to bring this thread back from the dead.

A bit surprised no one’s mentioned it on here, but Domingo German made a post or two on social media the other night that heavily implied he was retiring and done with baseball. Then he made another post today, copy paste from MLBTR: “Baseball is my life, and I am not walking away” from the sport. German apologized for his original “unsettling post,” saying that “not being ready with my teammates while they get ready for the season, knowing that I have let them down, has taken a toll on me and last night I let my emotions get the best of me.”

Pretty weird, hope he’s doing ok and getting any support he may need. Seen quite a lot of people hating on him too. Feel like many people just like to keep piling on and try to tear the person down in these situations. He messed up and what he did was horrible and very serious but he deserves a chance to learn and improve as a person from it.

I just don’t see how going out of your way to hate on him and throw the situation back in his face forever no matter what does any good. Imo there’s a point where you’re not ‘holding them accountable for their actions’ anymore and instead your just harassing them.

Yea I'm sick of the people throwing stones living in glass houses. It's hypocritical. I hope to see German back in pinstripes. He made an ugly mistake. But everyone tearing him down doesn't make you a hero.

Hopefully his head is clear and things can just move on in the right direction.
