Wait... hold on one sec.... I'm sorry it seems someone is a better customer than Papi.

He's holding up... wait how many fingers? That'd be... one... two... three... oh and four. Four fingers for four rings. I got it now.

When are managers going to understand that if you bring in a left hander to face Ortiz that it won't make a difference?

Bonderman was done anyways. His BA against lefties is 4 points lower than righties so they might as well.

^&^%& someone has to get him out!!!! Alright 6-4 hopefully the Tigers can hold on.

1st base is open, why even pitch to him?

Well there's a special rule... as long as you had won one previously in the last 86 years... they counted for a little while longer than 4... but I guess you guys wouldn't know that rule.

You can't put the tying run at the plate... especially the way Olerud has been swinging this game.

But after Ortiz inevitably gets a hit, the tying run is at the plate anyways.

                          Typical.

Everything good hit foul, anything bad is fair.

Trupiano is killing me during this varitek at bat. His calls made both of Tek's rips sound fair.

EDIT - Also, don't look now but the Red Sox are only 5 games behind the White Sox for the best record in the AL.
                              Im sorry to bust balls

But I said this a little before the all star break somewhere in this thread I believe or somewhere and remember taking some heat because people thought I was short changing them.

They got out to a fast start and will be taken out in the first round of the playoffs. Possibly even in a sweep if they play the A's.

That was also before the Sox/Sox series in Chicago was played.

If they can't take 3/4 at home against a playoff opponent and then (technically) get swept at their place, it's not going to work out.

                                WHY IS REMLINGER IN?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
