His shot selection did looks pretty poor in the Mickey D's game.
I came off a little harsh in my initial post. He can, without a doubt make plays with the ball and pass. Like you mentioned, star guards have to shoot the ball to win, simple as that. But in the game on ESPN against Austin Rivers, he didn't even give his teammates a shot. Just chucking. Shot selection is something he needs to work on badly. I'm sure with some good coaching he will work on that and be a great player, then be headed on to the league.

Any word on if Cory Joseph will announce tomorrow?

Doesn't his dad coach there? Not a shocker for him to go there if so. Very talented and high basketball IQ from what I understand.

I know it has been long rumored, or known I guess, that Justin Coleman may not qualify, but it seems to be more and more the case. Any UL fans know anything about it? Jody Demling blogged about it and predicted he wouldn't qualify but his prediction with a quarter will barely get you a gumball.

Seems pretty talented. If he doesn't qualify will he go prep or JUCO?

It looks like UConn of out of the running for any of the remaining unsigned players before any of them even announce their decisions.

Everyone up here was expecting Jamal Trice, benchwarmer/scrub/freshman, to transfer and free up the scholarship we'd need to sign one of the remaining Top 50 guys. It came out today that he is not transferring so we're booked for scholarships next year.

I didn't expect to get any of the HS point guards but it'd still be nice to have a free scholarship.

Marquette signed Jae Crowder, the Juco POY. Trying to strike gold twice after getting great results with Johnson-Odom this year.

I don't really care anymore, seems like all the top players we sign don't see the court.

Is today a signing day? Don't know the date since I doubt Memphis will add anyone with Elliott Williams' scholly.

ok, I wondered why I got an email saying Pastner was going to be on ESPNU today.
