Looking to start my new MyLeague and will be playing as the Timberwolves.

I am looking to movie Rubio because I can't stand watching him play in real life and I don't do well with him in the game either. Being that Rubio has also been heavily rumored to be traded it makes sense.

What do people think some landing spots for Rubio could be? What would his value be? Would love to hear people's thoughts.

One thing I was thinking of was Robert Covington and picks for Rubio but wasn't sure about that.

I am Brooklynn. I want as fair of a trade as possible.

Brooklynn gets Cory Joseph, Jonas V, and Delon Wright

Toronto gets Brook Lopez, Bogdanovic, and Whitehead

I would do this a little farther into the season provided Brook stays healthy and produces superstar numbers. I think he is the perfect age fit for Lowry, Derozan, Carroll, etc and I think his offense would be even more deadly with Lowry and Derozan taking the attention away from him.

I like Cory Joseph a lot. Does a lot of the things I want and is a Spurs system type PG. I like Jonas but he may just be a trade piece down the road. I like Delon's pick and roll game as I mainly live off of the pick and roll.

Bogdanovic would be a good shooter off the bench at the 2 and 3 for Toronto. Whitehead can take over backup PG duties.

Suggestions to improve this trade? Am I asking for too much? Am I asking for too little?

Sorry but that's terrible for Toronto. Something they'd never do.

Lopez arguably fits them better than JV as he can stretch the floor, however JV is a lot younger and therefore has more value. He would likely only be moved in a deal that nets them a star player or legit defensive center, which this team sorely needs with Biyombo's departure.

They don't need Bogdanovic as shooting 2/3 off the bench as they already have Ross and Powell. Both young and can shoot the 3. Powell doesn't see enough minutes as it is. Bogdanovic wouldn't play over him. It's a crowded wing position already.

Joseph is a big key to that team. Runs the second unit off the bench and Casey loves using a 2 PG lineup which has Joseph/Lowry playing together. Joseph is no throw in piece as he's very important to Toronto. They're also struggling defensively this year (both perimeter/interior) and Jospeh is a good defensive PG who can match up with the likes of Irving etc.

Wright has been injured this whole year, but he's shown to have nice upside as a 2-way PG. He could be moved in the right deal, but this certainly isn't the one.

JV > Lopez
Jospeh > Bogdanovic
Wright > Whitehead (IMO)

This is actually a pretty good trade though you might keep Warren.

Bender, Knight, and Len is already a lot of value. Boogie only has the current season and the next on his contract. It is a risk for a team to take him especially the Suns who aren't already a contending team. If they still can't get it done with Boogie you could be leveraging your future for nothing.

At least Warren still gives you a suitable SF along with Dudley which gives the Suns and Boogie a better chance of working out.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured Warren would be needed to get it done value wise, as for SF I was planning on also doing a Tyson Chandler-Andre Iguodala centered deal and roll with Bledsoe-Booker-Iggy-Dudley-Cousins. I guess I could use Warren as a scoring 6th man type.

Thanks for the feedback. I figured Warren would be needed to get it done value wise, as for SF I was planning on also doing a Tyson Chandler-Andre Iguodala centered deal and roll with Bledsoe-Booker-Iggy-Dudley-Cousins. I guess I could use Warren as a scoring 6th man type.

I'd say it NEEDS to keep Warren...Its a terrible trade without him to be honest. Len's value isn't exactly all that high. Knights value is only continuing to drop, and Warren is really the only one of the three who has the potential to be a star this or next year. Len looks like a bad Plumlee with the blazers right now. Benders value is there. But just a 1st and those three is actually lowish, and an idiotic trade without warren.

The bucks sent two meh prospects and a protected 1st for knight a few years back...At best they can look at is a lottery protected 1st for him I think. He's having an awful year, after he was injured for over a quarter of it last year. Len is having a good year but still nothing that pops out. Bender meh so far, but young and one 1st for Cousins?

Warren is literally the only thing making this trade realistic. Maybe trade Len to another team for a protected 1st going to the Kings or something like that?

Hey guys,

So i'm playing as Lakers in Myleague. I'm currently in offseason of the first year, haven't made any trades, my record is 42-40, i ended up 9th in the west and missed out on playoffs this year. I'm thinking of making a trade because some of the guys are getting old and i would like to bring in someone else, not necessarily really young players. Also i'm thinking of singing Noel in free agency. Do you guys have any suggestions who could i trade for, and what would you do at this point?

at the trade deadline and realized other then a deal with Noel going to the raptors haven't moved anyone...

Just thinking up deals and looked at the Pelicans. Tyreke Evans to the Spurs, (signs extension before the trade). Spurs trade Danny green and an unprotected 1st (2017) for Evans...

Pelicans are out of the playoffs and no idea how Evans feels about staying there. Evans becomes the Ginobli of the future, 6th man that can handle the ball and run the offense off the bench. Pelicans get a 3 and D guy that they could use at the two and help space the floor around Davis...They also have to resign Holiday as well so its likely the lose Evans this off-season any way.

Also any ideas for Utah or Magic trades? Both are playing awful, and could see some movement...Utah just also seems to sucks in 2k...then again they also have been dealing with a ton of injuries in myleague for me. Was thinking of maybe moving Alec Burks to the Magic, then sending Vucevic somewhere else...maybe hornets? for a Marvin Williams or Hawes and something else going to Utah in return. Had an expansion draft, Utah lost Lyes so need a stretch four/or just a big that can shoot the 3 ball. Hornets are always rumored about trying to get a low post scoring big....

Utah Receive: Williams, Hornets 2017 2nd

Magic: Trade: Vucevic
MAgic receive: Burks

Hornets Trade Williams: 2017 2nd

Magic get another scoring guard/foward which they need pretty desperately next or behind Fournier. Vucevic is having a bad year, good straight up trade. Biyombo is already the starting center. Possibly Zimmerman to get playing time, either that or they need to get another legit center to backup biyombo.

Hornets get that low post scoring big they always seem to want or are looking at. Rumors with Monroe the last few years, Cousins beforehand Monroe, and Al Jefferson. Allows Kaminsky to take over the PF spot.

Utah, get a stretch four...this is where the issue is...they get better but not long term. Allows Exum to more playing time though...Maybe switch Williams out for Hawes. He can stretch the floor at the 5 spot, and saves them 5 million to help keep Hill and Haywood in the off-season. Would need to give them a likely protected first though in compensation as well though..

If Hawes replaces Williams, Hornets then need to trade Hibbert as well to get under the salary cap restriction. Trade Hibbert to Magic. Magic get that backup center they needed without Vucevic there. Cj wilcox goes to Hornets to finish up the salary cap issues. Hawes isn't nearly the floor spacer that Williams is though...

Plus know this won't happen but traded Niko, doggie plus kings 2017 to magic for Aaron Gordon!
He was only playing 15min a night and I would be giving him atletas 26.

Heat trade is awful for both teams...why the hell would the Heat want Lopez when they have Whiteside? Dude will be getting 15 minutes max, no spacing. Cap hit isn't "AS" bad as Dragics, but he brings less value to the heat then even Dragic does. But since you did overpay for the guy, pretty drastically by the way and the Heat can just trade Lopez away, its alright? I guess? Not really...Remove Lopez from the deal and its better, but it screw you over financially long term, and I doubt the deal can be done without his contract.

If it weren't for Mirotic and Mcdermott being on contract years the trade for Gordon wouldn't be that surprising. The magic need offense, and those two are shooters that bring floor spacing, exactly what they need. However, it also really backlogs their front court. Mirotic can only play the SF sparingly if at all, and McDermott is better as a stretch four due to his liabilities on the defensive end. Probably would try to trade Mirotic to another team and then deal whatever you get in return to the Magic, preferably a SG that is a spot up shooter.

Agreed with the guy above that the Heat deal just doesn't make sense. They wouldn't have interest in Rondo or Lopez. Grant and picks would be intriguing, but to make the salaries work I don't see it. Would Taj, Grant, and a first work salary wise? I think that's a much better package for the Heat
