6'8 pure sharp is a cheat code now that I have badges and hot spots as long as I'm playing with my team.

Here's my question tho, I'm gonna make a pure post scorer as my center..what's the best height and weight?

If you’re playing online, max height is always the best for Center. On that note, being a Post Scorer online isn’t particularly fun unless you run with friends.

Even on walk on I barely play alone, always 1 or 2 with me I'm just like usually the scorer even randoms eventually see it tho.

Only the ones who refuse to ever pass but you get them no matter what.

I've read a lot of different opinions on what dunk packages to equip on a wing to prevent getting blocked (My previous posts were referring to my big man missing easy putback dunks)

When I had player dunks equipped (Mainly LeBron and Dominique) it was much more explosive, had more launch points. But when I made the packages more basic, the player would go for layups more and lost explosion. And layups are much easier to chase down/defend than dunks, even if dunks seem to rim out a lot.

The game where I got annoyed being blocked as much as I was, was a game where I was pressing square to dunk so he was doing some of the dumb flashy stuff, and I usually know better than that and that I should use the stick. But still, some of these chase downs are crazy. I always think while driving "Is anyone close enough to block this?" and I'm still astounded by the results sometimes.

found a shot that gets a full white bar but the model goes into green light animation and the shot always goes in. So now I got 2 chances (full white and green both get same animation and are automatic) to make the shot lol. I was shooting 55% with my old shot and now im shooting closer to 70%.

Went on 7 game winning streak yesterday in walk on with many different randoms. Dudes were actually passing me the ball for once. Last game finished 7 for 7 from 3 but those mainly were passes from guy with silver dimer.

No offence man but most of that vid is 2s with a bit of 3s sprinkled in. In a Pro-Am you’d either get steal spammed by guards the second you posted up or barely anyone would pass you the ball. It’s very viable in 2s, somewhat viable in 3s but mostly frustrating in Pro-Am.

If i were to seriously record my pro am games i would have ALOT of low scoring triple doubles. Pro am is different but passing out the post is a valuable skill.

Agreed. It's clear you know all the moves and can do them, but GOOD LUCK executing this stuff in 5 on 5 lol

So dusted off my slasher again with a new crew. I started on my point forward and they brought me in to help move the ball, I had some decent games considering I was essentially the random in their squad. I tried to keep the flashy passes to a minimum and the TOs too. Shot pretty well, but they didn't NEED me to run point and once the line up shifted, I wanted to see how he'd play on a good squad.

Bless their hearts for letting me get on him as some possessions I miss definitely should have passed but I will say he's tremendously more fun. A complete beast on the break 1 on 1 and as long as I'm picking my spots I really can drop 30 on anyone. I think I might have to start grinding HOF posterizer again.

Those are walkon problems, not team arena problems.

Put a team of sharpshooters around a primary or pure post scorer and it's an all-you-can-eat buffet in the paint unless the other team has a primary or pure lockdown defender.

I literally just got done playing a team arena game where the other team's slashing poster scorer dropped 40 points on 19/20 shooting against our power forward. No one could come down to play help defense because the other team's sharpshooters had the floor spaced out so well.

I have many fantasies. One of them being that I can use my post scorer in this setting...

True, however, most teams are not built around the post for that very reason. The PG is always the focus of the offense VS a post player even if he can recognize the double. It's almost easier to slap mediocre shooters around a good ball handler instead of having to have knockdowns just to ensure spacing.

I'm surprised no won had done 5 out(or 4 out 1 in when using the PnR) around a post scorer(at least from what I've seen). All versions of an offense with Sharps mostly use a primary ball-handler.

I hope to see someone with the skill to try it.

If I could run with a pure playmaker who would be willing to take a few possessions off, I would love to have the space to try my Dirk build again. I could max my post badges faster by getting ISOs and still be a knock down in catch and shoot off a high level dimer. He truly could be undefendable with post game maxed, up and under HOF and the rest gold post badges.
