Debuted my reb / sharp PF in team pro am and my squad loves him, fits in like a glove. Dude can do it all except guard athletic finishers as previously stated. Not sure why I gave up on him but he’s fun as hell and my favorite big by far.

We got a 80 overall Reb/Sharp and he's probably our best big. He's better than the 97 Slashing Rebounder imo.

I was reviewing Shaq 01 Lakers build today . I think post scoring / athletic is the best build for him. The finishing ability is what makes him Shaq. Of course you'll miss some defense and rebounding but I'm sure you can hold your own. The finishing needs to be damn near automatic to truly be Shaq.

Is there anywhere that lists the attribute upgrades at each level for the different archetypes?

Thinking about trying a 2-way post scorer C. Anybody have one?

I generally don’t suggest 2 ways at all

It’s just not worth it

Make a rim protector or a pure post scorer


Cause I’m a pure post and 2 ways don’t bother me at all and they have offensive limitations that make them easy to guard.


I just don’t get why someone would trade in 99rated post moves to have like 85 post moves and higher defensive ratings. If your a big you get the same blocks at 70 blocking that you do at 85 plus. To me there’s no use. Just pick one. 99 defensive ratings or 99 post moves. I’m more likely to be cool with sharpshooter 2 way builds because you can hit most your shots with an 83 3ball and above

A center pure post scorer gets silver rim protector, which is usually enough to consistently get stops down low unless the offensive player coming at you is on fire.

My 6'6" playmaking defender gets silver rim protector and it's enough to consistently stop taller post scorers and athletic finishers if I'm playing in a lineup that needs help defending inside and we have to switch me onto a big man.

There is one important thing people missing about defender arch . Its the only arch in the game that gets high strength and vertical/speed, for any other arch u get 1 of that or none.

post scorer+defender is one of best "2 way" builds . You get Gold rim protector which imo is the best defensive badge in the game while still having enough offense attributes to be threat as post scorer and midrange shooter. Beside pure post scorer is worse dunker with just bronze posterizer while 2 way post scorer gets it at silver. Also even getting bronze pick pocket is very nice since ur matchup most of time is bad ball handler.

All of your post ratings go from 99 to 86 when you make it a two-way, which is a build-killer IMO. You're not going to be consistent with any of your post moves at an 86 rating. Gold post-spin and drop-stepper are also easily countered by silver defensive stopper, which you'll see a lot of at the center position. All it takes to completely neutralize your offensive impact on the game is getting matched up against another two-way center who knows what he's doing on defense, and at that point, you're relegated to being nothing more than a screener and an average mid-range shooter.

Pure post scorer is the way to go at center IMO. 99 post ratings + hall of fame post badges + silver rim protector is a great combination of badges and attributes. It will take a primary defender or a pure defender to slow you down on offense, and those builds are a lot rarer to face online compared to how many two-way centers you'll see. Silver rim protector is all you need to consistently get stops on defense if you know what you're doing down low.

What do you guys think would be the best archetype for Orlando T-Mac? I was thinking sharpshooting shot creator, playmaking shot creator, or sharpshooting slasher.
