Are you interested in a slasher / Playmaker ? I know it gives up some shooting .

I maybe was in the beginning stages but the people I play with the most rely so much on my scoring and decision making that I need to be fairly versatile offensively.

How you guys feel about the Slasher/Defender Archetype ? I'm thinking 6'8. I usually make a shooter every year. Know im going to make a pure one later down the line. I just wanted to come out a little different this year. It's crazy how Shot Creator/Slasher looks pretty good too. 6'7 if i did the SC/Slasher. SF for both. Really wish we could see all the badges certain archetype blends get though.

I'm 90% set on SF primary shot creator secondary slasher.

almost great finisher inside with decent midrange and respectable 3 point shot.
fast with good athleticism.

Not sure if 6'8 or 6'10 and also don't know what weight for him though.

I have a homie who wants to make a pure slasher . I'm trying to get him to make a slasher / LDD instead . More versatile and still get posterizer HOF if I'm not mistaken

You already know how bad spacing is with guys I play with. No way I could do a pure LDD this year lol .

I really hope SC/defender gets corner specialist, I saw SC/playmaker gets it. Also I would looove at least bronze dimer

He was 6'5 last year. I was sitting at that height, and something was just telling me: "Go one inch shorter for min/max purposes".

I've played enough RPGs and 2k to just do rough estimates of abilities based on the attribute screen (even without the actual numbers). This was purely just a gut feeling though

Yeah that Slasher/LDD build is pretty versatile. Even SC/LDD versatile. I thought the same with the people I with that a Slasher/LDD might be a problem. Might need some scoring. And when playing alone might be a problem trying to score but it seems like the Slasher/LDD just pushes ppl out the way sometimes.

What are you going with this year ?

I was going to do a defensive secondary, I really was. At the end of the day, I couldn't bring myself to do it. My defense was really good last year on a playmaker so I'll have to take my chances.

Any thoughts on slasher, shot creator as a 6'4 shooting guard? Was thinking that could be vintage D-Wade, but not sure how viable it would be

I think that build could be good but I think it would be better on a taller character, SC/driving & finishing looks more versitile because of a way bettter 3 ball. I think SC/defending at 6'4" could be good for a big 3 era dwade style of play

Would a 6'3 Sharpshooter/Defender PG be cheesy? I wanna knock down open 3s and lock people up but I don't wanna end up being "that guy" that I hear about so much. Never really seen/played with archetypes.
