Officially went with the two-way shot creator at SG. Break from my usual playmaking PG builds.

Not able to get platinum bages, but i'm liking it so far. Able to do everything on the court. Of course mid range is the specialty, but silver three-point, slashing, ball-handling, and defending badges, with good all-around stats to boost.

Power forward shot creating post-scorers looked pretty scary too. I'll have to take a closer look at big-man builds when I'm ready for my second character though.
    NBA: Wizards
    WNBA: Mystics
    NFL: Ravens
    MLB: Nationals
    Europe: Barcelona
    MLS: DC United
    College: Look at my avatar

Man they improved the two way SC so much I’m kind of jealous lol. Doubt I remake it in 19 but it looks all around good .

Pure playmaker or early kidd would be a rebounding playmaker.

Might end up making a 6'9 undersized pf sharpshooting rim protector. All the badges on SF's this year seems nerfed compared to the same archetypes at SG or PF. At Pf I'd get quick reflex on hof and every other defensive badges on gold including pick pocket and pick dodger which was only available to guards last year plus gold rim protector oh man its a wrap. Just gotta figure out the weight and wingspan, cant wait for the game to drop.

I’m making the exact same thing as my second guy . Might go 6’10 but definitely in that range . I want to play 3-4 and guard 2-4. What are you thinking about doing with the wingspan

Is this your first guy ?

I went 6'10 250 max wingspan on the prelude and open 3's maxed out around 63-65 lol. But having max wingspan helps out on D so much this year tho I might end up sacrificing the ratings. My dude got 3 blocks right in front of the rim in one possesion during takeover it was crazy. Think once I figure out the wingspan and all that, Im gonna stick to this build til 94

Anyone have any PF builds they really like?

I liked my 6'11 Shot Creating Athletic Finisher, but I feel like I didn't make it the best.

I really like playing the high post, setting screens and being able to both pull up and drive the lane, but it relies on having a good PG.

Idk if you checked out the pure LDD SF but it gets Gold rim protector and HOF pick pocket . I’m considering that too. Corner specialist is only bronze though .

I need to at least be able to hit from corners so I won’t clog the paint .

I feel like build with shooting primary secondary defense are trap build because u will have to decrease wingspan if u want to shoot better

I still think LDD are gonna have a tough time on offense even with corner specialist. If they gave us catch and shoot on bronze too tho...

That's why I'm skeptical about creating a 3& D build. Both builds require opposite wingspans. I'm going defense first, so I would have to go under default wingspan to get consistent shooting.

Now you have me thinking. I want to do 3 & D as well. I also noticed that compared to SG and PF, SF is nerfed is almost every build. Besides Point Forward, SF shouldn't be the top choice. SG will basically be a faster less stronger version and a undersized PF does pretty much the same thing. Only difference in badges from SG and SF is Rim Protector, Hustle Rebounder, and Brick Wall. But PF has the same badges and pretty much same level. A PF 3 & D has the same badges as a SF at same level. Only difference is PF has higher Rim Protector(Gold) and Pick n Popper(Silver), and also has PnRoller.
So if you make a undersized PF you can do the same

I'm leaning this way, as well. I made a SF sharpshooting defender last year. I didn't realize until later that defensive stopper has no affect on posterizer, relentless finisher, and acrobat. That's what rim protector does. No wonder I kept getting dunked on with my weak silver rim protector lol. I need it gold, at the very least. Not sure about the height, weight, or wingspan yet until the game drops. I think I can live with open 3 at least at 75.

Think thats where the challenge is for the build..having to decide on the wingspan. I might just go max and hope the badges will make up for it.

Yeah max wingspan will make that build a beast defensively. It's gonna be a tough decision.
