I control all 30 teams and create trades for each team then use Random.Org to determine which trades I make. The Hornets have been bad all season so they've decided to go full tank and trade Kemba. The Denver Nuggets hit the Kemba jackpot. They're above .500 but are fighting for a playoff spot in the West. Below is the trade that I came up with. Let me know if it's fair or if any team needs add or take away anything.
Hornets trade Kemba Walker and Nicolas Batum to Denver for Gary Harris, Michael Porter Jr, and Will Barton (or Mason Plumlee)
Hornets trade Kemba but are able to dump Batum's contract without giving up a 1st. They have some decent prospects in Monk and Bridges, so MPJ, tanking and the cap space will give them a jump start to rebuilding.
Denver is taking a chance on Kemba since he could walk at the end of the season. However, with this trade they become one of the best backcourts in the league. They still wouldn't be on Golden State's level but could give teams like Houston and L.A. a good fight in the playoffs. Taking on Batum's contract is not ideal but getting Kemba without giving up a 1st is pretty good. They lose so depth, but a Big 3 of Walker, Murray and Jokic (plus Millsap still playing well) should be formidable.
