Perfect slider set if you want to feel how ******** teammates look like. 70% of CPU shots are greens through smothering defense. Post shots are basically impossible. I got my Marquesse Chriss locked by Pat Beverley under the basket and can't score lmao. I did these sliders on HoF as a base, so maybe that makes the gameplay ******** as ****. On the other hand, MyLeague settings are sweet.

Just bought the game and starting My league


When I download the My league settings, I notice quite a few of the figures are different to what is on front page.


I downloaded the "Official Release" one.

Is there a newer one online perhaps under different name?

That happens sometimes. I always compare the download to the OP to make sure.

My initial idea was to lower attack the basket...

However i respect eccentrics ideas and I'm going to test that too, not to the extreme he suggests, but I'm going to test both tomorrow ( i finally have a day off)

I would 100% recommend going the Offensive Awareness route over tweaking ATB. The game was getting pretty damn easy for me with 50+ awareness. I set it to 0 and I started getting KILLED, you can’t be out of position or lazy at all on defense. I tried 25, 35, and 45 and they all played the same as 50+. But 0 is like a whole new game for me. Maybe somewhere between 0-20 is the sweet spot?

Again, this is at Superstar difficulty so I’m not sure what the best OA setting will be for you.

So on the difficulty issue thing. I set it pro then entered all sliders manually. Played and lost to the Mavs and still got 1100 VC. So basically I have no clue if it's stuck on HOF or what. It's also on pro in the main menu. It feels like HOF to me due to the high level of cheese. CPU hits waaaay too many stupid shots.

What happens if you just set it to Pro and don't adjust sliders? Do you still get 1100 VC?

Not sure. I'm in MyLeague so I don't really wanna play on default pro. The first time I ever used this set I got 900 something VC. Now it's 1100 no matter what. I'm pretty positive it's staying on HOF no matter what I do. No real way to know for sure I don't think.

Maybe 2K started incrementing VC. Or a legit bug. A friendly reminder that 2K has always been spotty on these settings issues. I.E, my controller settings often reset to default in 2k20. I'm wondering if you're experiencing some kind of bug with settings as well.

I dunno. Others have said they get less VC than what I'm getting. Plus normally you get different amounts for winning and losing. Sucks because the sliders are not made for HOF. I also noticed incorrect stats when it shows top performers at halftime. They're right in the boxscore but not when they show it at halftime.

I’ve noticed that to. Mostly with assists, where it says a player will have something like 22 but really only have 3 or 4

Yes. Not sure if it was Shnaidt, Eccentric or Brooke, but they stated to always tally up your stats by the individual boxscore. 2K lies when it comes to totaling up offensive rebounds and assists.

Yea I also noticed incorrect stats in the half time show. Sometimes the stat for assists is wrong, points and rebounds are always correct. But that’s not that big of a problem. Just look it up in the boxscore. In halftime me for myself, I want to know the stats for every player in the roster and not just from the leading player.

Also sometimes the sound volume settings (commentary, crowd, music, etc.) change and are all set to 0. Reloading the saved game solves the volume setting bug.

In terms of your difficulty/VC problem I recommend to uninstall the game completely (from PS4 home screen and also saved files and settings in PS4 memory) and fresh install it. I think it must be a bug with your PS4 because nobody else is having this problem.
