Hello guys.. I'm planning to start playing association mode with the Clippers right now.. I just want to ask of what difficulty, minutes, shooting type, sliders and game speed should i use to compete with the other teams in terms of statistics with the AI's 12 minute simulation?..

My plan is to trade Chris Kaman for a defensive Center so that when i play pick and roll, Griffin will pick.. LOL.. I need answer right away, i'm excited to play..

Either play 12 minutes or set the CPU sim time to whatever you want to play. It plays the right game of basketball at Pro-Sim 12 minutes. I'm now playing a 6 minute association with CPU sims at 6 minutes since I know that I can get players inducted to the HoF, which you couldn't do on shortened seasons in previous versions.

Just restarted my association post patch and it plays great on pro sim with some small slider adjustments. Had my first game yesterday started with the Bulls and what a game I had with the pacers. I had Granger pretty much shut down until the 4th where I was leading by 7 with 1:45 to play. Granger went OFF and tied it up at 94 94 to send it into OT. I'll admit I should of played better D and managed the clock better. Ended up losing 111 to 104 with Granger putting up 28 (about 13 combined from the late stretch in the 4th and OT).

Well i played my very 1st game versus the Trailblazers with 12 minutes of game time at Pro-Sim. I lost. lol. I had a bad start with a score of 29-18 in the 1st but i bounced back and half and i led by 8 in the 3rd. Damn Brandon Roy, he keeps shooting and never misses. They led by 14 with 2:30 minutes left in 4th but i managed to make a 13-2 run but it wasn't enough. Final score is 111-102.

Aldridge got 24 pts, 13 rebs 5 ast.
My rookies did well.
Griffin had an impressive debut with 27 pts and 17 rebs.
Bledsoe got 16 assists and Aminu got 16 pts and 9 rebs.

My problem is turnover. I got 15. I hate when they steal my pass during fastbreak!

Im 2-2 with the Knicks. A disgraceful loss to Toronto in which Barbosa and Bargniani went bonkers, that included a 42 point second qtr by the Raptors. Up next was Boston, again, the Knicks were undressed in the 2nd qtr. 38 2nd qtr points allowed to Celtics, Pierce and Von Wafer combined for 27. Knicks lose 98-84. Up next, the Blazers, the Knicks prevailed 100-99 on a Amare stick back with .9 sec remaining. Coming to town next was Orlando, Ray Felton's late game heroics powered the 96-91 victory. Felton scored 7 points in the last minute of the game.

•Landry Fields leads team in rebounding @ 8.5 per game and 3pt% @ 47%
•Ray Felton is making a living off teams doubling down on Amare, shooting 62% from field
•Danilo Gallinari's poor shooting and defense may lead to a loss of his starting spot

just finished my 1st season with the nets, played the Heat in the 1st round. Made a huge comeback in game 1 coming from down 10 late in the 3rd to winning by 16. won game 2 by 34. blew a 16 point 4th qtr lead in game 3 to lose by 9, won game 4 by 9 giving me a 3-1 lead. Lost the last 3 games of the series, couldnt wait to get to season 2 because this left a REALLY bad taste in my mouth

well my 76ers are 8-22 with no signs of turning the ship around, so I made a couple moves.

Shipped Andre Iguadala to Sacremento for their 2011 and 2012 first round picks

Shipped Lou Williams and Tony Battie to Charlotte for Nazr Muhammid, Derrick Brown and their 2011 first round pick

So with 3 good first round picks im the upcoming draft, and 2 next year, the team is looking good for the future. Going to build around Jrue Holiday, Evan Turner, and Elton Brand.

My roster currently looks like this.

I want to write down all the teams on pieces of paper and pull from a hat or a cup and decide to play my association with that team. I've started and quited like 4 associations already, because of playing on All-Star and dominating the cpu.

I might exclude the Lakers in my drawing, because I know them to well.

Defiantly going to jump to superstar difficutly level when I start my Association, and play it on sim. Anyone think I should up the three point slider by 3 points ? I find it very hard to shoot threes some games. (I've also downloaded the patch btw.)

Simmed up to the All-Star Break untill I was interupted about a week away by a trade request, I was already planning a trade with Golden State so I brought up the trade screen

It was for Joakim Noah and Boozer for David Lee, but I wasnt looking to get David Lee I was looking to get Monta

I simmed through most of the off-season to free some space and lost James Johnson I couldn't get anyone in the draft so afterwords I looked on the Trade Finder and saw I could get rid of Omar Asik for Damion James and I bit

No real free agency signs actually none at all my current rotation is

When I was with the Raptors I got Evan Turner, Kevin Love, and LaMarcus Aldridge but I ended up quitting because I got away with robbery by getting those guys.

I had an association with TOR, played 7 seasons and didn't make the playoffs once. I did my best to keep the entire TOR roster in tact. Made no trades and only played with guys i drafted along with deorzan and Bargs [i just wanted to try it this way]. The only notable FA i signed was Durant 5 years in after he expired with OKC, still couldn't win. You gotta pry much blow up half the roster and get expirings and picks in the 1st year, ship the bad contracts.

I really applaud your efforts here. It has to be rewarding, although somewhat frustrating to be 6-20. Despite your losing now, I think the core of Love, Beasley, and Johnson could be a very good one given a couple of years of growth. Flynn...I don't know about, but he's avg'ing 21/gm so I guess you're good w/ him...? He's a volume shooter though right? Not much of a facilitator? I don't know...guess I'm not a big fan of undersized PGs.

So what's your plan?
Looking for a pedigree center to fill out your front court?
Anyone you're eyeing in the upcoming FA class?

What do you do with Martell Webster?

I like your updates, and for your sake hope you can win some more games. Keep it steady and grow your stable of players and I bet you'll be winning in no time.

I am actually not a huge fan of Kevin Love TBH, not sure why when he missed 5 games Anthony Tolliver stepped in nicely had 3 double doubles but not sure Tolliver is a long term fix for my problem, I have looked around at some teams that Love could be a help to and a it would help my defensive problems. My plan is to build around the Big 3(Beasley/Johnson & Flynn). I have fallen in love with 1 guy in the upcoming draft he just screams what I need and hopefully I can land him. I thought about working a 3 way deal with Denver & NY Knicks in which I would send Kevin Love to Denver, Denver would send Melo to NY, and NY would send Denver Danilo Gallinari & a 1st round pick, NY would send me Anthony Randolph and Eddy Curry but I balked after looking at Randolph he would hurt me more then help. Also thought about moving Love to Dallas as both Caron Butler & Shawn Marion both are out for the season, and I'd move Dirk to center and I'd take Tyson Chandler's expiring deal. Marc Gasol pops out as someone that could help this team in FA hopefully Memphis doesn't sign him. Martell Webster is getting more and more minutes with Wayne Ellington's struggles. Webster isn't scoring much but he is a nice player of the bench, I am a big Corey Brewer hopefully he will return he has been lights out off the bench lately. Johnny Flynn is the type of guy that doesn't need to be the go to scorer to get his points he just feeds off everyone else, his highlight of the season thus far was his 17 points 7 Rebounds and 9 Assists.
