Finally started my association with the Pistons. I promptly decided to blow them up.

Traded Rip, Tay, Maxiell and a 1st rounder for Arenas and Blatche.
then traded McGrady and Dajuan Summers for Gordon Hayward.
Both of those were done using the trade finder.

PF Blatche
C Wallace

Tempted to make one more move to clear up a bit more space. We'll see.

Sorry forgot to mention year 1 looks fine. Year 2 is usually when things go south. However that's not a hard and fast rule but usually it is the case.

I'm 4-2 with the jazz, my 2 losses were on the road vs. the Warriors and the Heat(Lebron was being a pain in the arse). I like using Big Al Jefferson he's pretty unstoppable on the post. D-Will is still fun his shooting ability is excellent. I haven't done any trades yet but I'll probably look to deal Memo Okur he's pretty weak in this game.

Yes, for both systems.

After year 2 you see 0-2 trades happening a year if you're lucky.

However I don't want to clog this thread with how Association is broken.

Check the thread, "It would be a total buzzkill if association is broken"

Ugh this is just bad idk if it's my settings or what, but started off 0-2 got blown out by the Bucks and Nuggets.The CPU is rebounding like it's nothing, the other team's offense has so many mismatches like at several points in the game okafor/d west was guarding melo.

I lost a tough heartbreaker to Boston opening night. It was a tight game and a thrilla till the last 2 minutes when they broke it open with 2 straight 3 pointers (Ray Ray and Pierce). Shaq was like Laker Shaq of 2000/01 he schooled me under the basket and exploited my #1 concern, the center position.

Crushed the 76ers by 17 points for a nice bounce back. Bosh was a beast in this game!

I plan on developing Joel Anthony every week and doing one focus practice and one focus drill a week with him. I also see Zydrunas getting some good rotation minutes against top centers cuz I need that height there.

There will be plenty of times I will run Wade at PG Miller at SG and will just adjust to other teams matchups of course. I want to see how this rotation works and see who can earn more minutes (Howard, Arroyo).

I feel very comfortable (how can't I with this dream team) with the lack of a great point guard as Wade can play both guards when needed and either he or Lebron will always bring the ball up in crunch time as well as half the plays anyway.

been using the raptors trading players around and draft picks and now the raptors are 19th overall

i was playing around and tried to trade wesley johnson and tony allen for john wall and joey dorsey and the trade went through haha

another really stupid trade that went down in my association, the knicks traded amare for mike dunlevy and joel przybilla

i just tried the cavs for about a year and a half.. traded almost everyone for expiring contracts.. and i think i got left with scola, batum, and bayless.. i got a good draft pick rated around 73.. during offseason i signed melo, oden, and tj ford, plus i dont know who else but mostly just scrubs (and the others some restricted free agents i re-signed)..

and then during the 2nd season i traded for ty lawson.. because i saw on the news that they were looking to trade him and sure enough i got him for less(i think).. at this point i don't have any more picks but my team was very good.. lawson, rookie sg, melo, scola, oden.. my 6th man was tj ford.. and then i reach january 3rd or 4th or somewhere along that, and my game just crashes to my desktop..

good think i saved before that, but when i get on that date again, it crashes again for some reason.. boo.. oh well it was just a trial association..

hope it doesn't happen on my real one

Wow. Those trades i made turned into to gold! Blatche is a beast. After blowing out the Nets, I decided it was time to up the difficulty again.

I lost by to two against the Thunder. Jeff Green got a rebound off of a Kevin Durant miss (who had 51 points!) to win the game.

Then the Bulls took my frontcourt to school and beat me by 7. Arenas had 30 points and 6 assists and Blatche had 30 points again. Both games were hard fought and competitive which is all I can ask for since, in reality the Pistons are a lottery team.

I traded away Jerebko for a 2nd round pick after benching him after the first game since Heyward was better then I expected. He got 17 points off the bench in the first game. Heyward is now starting.

Running Stuckey's Triple play with Arenas and Blatche is amazing! I hope I can re-sign Arenas after this year!

Ugh another game another blowout.

Back to basics and prolly end up spending an enitre day on practicing, can't hit a single open shot and it seems like no matter what I do can't stop them from making a shot

Just to confirm there's no trading block screen this year is there? I mean we still have the rumors but those players are listed anyway as being on the block to be traded are they?
