Just started my association with the 95-96 Sonics. We are 12-5 so far so things are going pretty well. I missed the game winner against the Spurs and that ended my 4 game winning streak. Really wanted 5 for that trophy. But I did happen to hit the game winner against the C's in Boston.

Just started my Heat association (I admit it, I'm being a bandwagon fan. I don't know basketball all that well, so I need a team that's one of the best). Lost my first game to the Celtics 100-94. It was close the whole time until the C's went on a 12-0 run in the 4th quarter to open up a 14-point lead. I pulled close, but never really threatened again. Lebron got 24 pts in the first half, but only finished with 32. I really struggled with Wade and Bosh in the 1st half (6 pts combined, Bosh was 1-for-7). But I figured them out more in the 2nd half, and both players ended the game with 18 pts. I need to work on my defense, but it's a lot of fun when both teams are scoring basket after basket. Puts the pressure on to avoid turnovers and not waste possession. I've been noticing that when I get on a roll with someone like Lebron, the other team will double-team him, leaving someone else open. Lebron was able to get a lot of assists once I took advantage of that.

Played a few more games in my Nets association and I am loving the variety I am seeing.

Game 3 of my season and I actually beat OKC in their house (Durant had 42 but other than he and harden nobody contributed). I beat them 106-100 with Outlaw and Lopez having big games and a nice overall team effort. The worst part of the game was Favors going down with a leg injury and will be out for 2-4 weeks. I think i'm going to have to bring Damion James up from the D league to give me some more depth at the forward spot. James beasted in the D league and was pretty much a one man team dropping 37-9 while the team still lost by 15.

I then went back home and was playing the Bobcats. In the first qrt their leading scorer SJax goes down with a severe ankle injury (out 4-6 weeks) and i'm thinking i would have an easy win when i go up 33-22 in the first qrt. In the rest of the game Gerald Wallace took over and ended up with 36 points, 7 boards, 9 assists and really took over the game and I ended up losing by 4. It was awesome to see that when Jackson was in the game most of the plays were being run for him then when he went down Wallace took over. Harris had a break out game dropping 36 in this one but was pretty much the only player to get going.

After my lost to the Cats I went to Clev to face the 1-3 Cavs and ended up leading the whole game winning by a score of 88-80. A cool thing i noticed in this game was the difficulty scoring over Andy Varajao with Lopez. Then when Andy had to sit with foul trouble Lopez dominated Ryan Hollins and Jamison down low and dropped 14 in the 4th qrt to pull out the win.

Loving the variety in what I am seeing!!! I love how in the past if a player was averaging say 20 points for me it would usually be 18 one game then 22 the next then 20 etc. Now it seems like its more all over the place and i might get one 32 point game, one 12 point game, one 23 game etc. Once again the variety is so much more realistic than previous games. Loving it.

i'm using the 76ers in my association the first thing I did was get rid of andre igudala traded him for rudy gay. I tried to get rid of elton brand but their weren't any good offers so I kept him first game is against my miami heat (real heat fan).

im about to start my association with the Bulls as i type this, i wanted the Bulls to sign TMac in the off-season so he's going to be my first acqusition (bye bye Keith Bogans). hopefully make a move for a third star probably move James Johnson, Deng & Gibson.

any thoughts of a trade i can pull off for those players?... thanks

I'm 4 games into my Knicks association. I'm just SO excited to run around with them. No more waste of time players on the Knicks. These guys are solid franchise pieces for the future.

However, I'm not feeling Ray Felton too much. (Of course, IRL I will love him on the Knicks. Just not in my fantasy realm of 2K11)

So I put up Felton + Curry to see who out there would bite. The Wizards offer me Arenas. VERY interesting. So I take it. I figure Arenas is due for a bounce back (barring injuries) and with a tandem of him and Amare in their prime, it allows support players like Gallo, Chandler and Randolph to continue to grow. Not to mention Mozgov and Douglas on the bench.

So after destroying Toronto in the first game, then losing to Boston in the 2nd, Ray Felton leaves the Knicks. Whilst he had a good game, I need a game changer to pair with Amare. (i'm not going to cheat and force a carmelo trade. plus i LOVE Gallo)

Lose the next game against Portland because Roy went off, but Arenas is a beast. Him and Amare in this game clicked straight away. Although Chandler and Randolph are now reduced to role players, they still do their thing (defense and rebounding).

2nd game at MSG against the Magic. And Gallo comes out firing. Hits 5/6 in the 1st with 2 3's and a 3-point play for 13 points. Arenas controls the tempo, Amare controls the boards. End up winning 103-91 behind 28 points from Gallo.

Can't say how much I'm loving the Knicks in Association. Pity Bull Walker is whinging about minutes......he could find himself on the block before too long.

Oh, and if the Knicks trade for Carmelo IRL......i'll be restarting this association :-)

Started one tonight with the Hawks...created myself at the 2 Guard. I don't cheese or make an uber CAP, just like having myself in the game lol. Anyways, shifted Joe Johnson down to the 3 spot and I like my lineup a lot...tons of athleticism and length.

First game is in Memphis and I squeak by 85-84...hit a 3 with my CAP with about 3.5 secs left which won it. It was a cool game because I trailed constantly but it was like Memphis being a young team didn't know how to close it out and I was able to sneak in and grab it. Rudy Gay absolutely obliterated me though...he went for 35. Marc Gasol was a terror on the boards as well.

Love the way my team is shaping up though, Al Horford commands the lane. He was blocking shots, getting rebounds, and forcing misdirections from anyone who came in the lane...he's going to be huge for me if I'm going to have any success.

Thinking about shopping for a PG, don't know how much I trust Bibby.

Last game against Cavs is best digital sports game I ever had!

I did something during the off-season which led to quite a few of my players (The OKC Thunder) being traded off and in return got free agents. Not sure what happened because I know they themselves weren't free agents and in an effort to get them back , I'm now left with a starting 5 who I'm not sure about and not positive they can get the job done.

My current starting (Thunder):

Westbrook (PG)
Durant (SF)
J.R Smith (SG)
Kirilenko (PF)
Greg Oden (C)

I traded Kristic because his rebounding numbers weren't great and I needed an all out rebounder. I've used Oden now in the pre-season and I can't seem to get him to do much on offense. So basically, I'm not sure about the PF and center positions. My backup center is Hasheem Thabeet and he's okay. Should I do anything about the above mentioned positions? Who should I try get?

2-0 with Boston, I'm a Lakers guy all day but shooting with Allen and Pierce is to much fun and if all else fails dump it down to KG or hit him for the elbow jumper.
