the major difference this time around..? I'm adding *TWO* Bulls teams... the 85-86 Bulls and the 96-97 Bulls... why?

I love how NBA2K incorporated the differences in Young MJ and Older MJ's games... don't believe me?

Season1 [as] Mavs (All-30 Teams) Association:

Just can't seem to win on the road. Mavs fell to 0-3 on the road after losing to Memphis (Rudy dropped 35). I like how there seems to be a home/road dynamic to these games.

In my home games, where Dallas is 4-0, I'm shooting right around 50%, and getting to the line w/ frequency...usually 20+ FTAs.

But on the road vs MEM...I got to the line 16 times, and there was plenty of contact on the others plays that should've sent me to the line...

I mean I've straight blitzed teams at home, and on the road continuously play behind usually drawing a couple FGs within tying -or- actually tying it...only to see the Home team rush ahead in a frenzy.

Anyways...Dallas still searching for their first road win...

Does that mean the game knows Melo is likely to leave? Because if I would of done that trade in 2k10, Denver would laugh in my face and walk away.

Hmm, in 2K10 i had Corey Brewer on the trading block and Denver offered Carmelo. I was laughing so hard and of course i accepted, i forgot who the other dudes i traded to make up the salary difference. I also got Rudy Gay for offering Ryan Gomes, and a bunch of other trades that worked in my favor. 2K11 is so difficult to make a trade because the computer won't screw itself now, but i love it nevertheless!

Just started my bulls chise after trying to decide between the bulls and wizards. So far just played the first half of the Thunder game. I use Rashidi's second roster file and I think thefuture's sliders. Roster looks like this after doing some trading when i started.

OK, so I ran a game with the Nets today and I like the team's setup. They have a good playbook and Harris, Lopez and Favors can all score.

I'd like to trade for Melo, but don't want to give up any of those 3 players. Any way I can make a trade without giving those pieces up? I don't want to use the force trade option, either.

I would like to part with Troy Murphy and Kris Humphries and I'd be OK with giving up draft picks as well.

Well Denver isn't giving up Melo to the Nets without Trade Override. The only possible deal that someone pulled off I read was one with the Rockets, but the Rockets may have given up too much.

But don't hang on to Devin. Farmar can easily replace him since he can shoot better and just has to focus on protecting the ball, playing solid defense, and making open shots(something Harris can't always do, especially IRL). Hah.

Melo would easily replace the scoring of Harris though. Trade Murphy, Harris, Outlaw for Melo and filler to match salaries. If you develop Terrence Williams's shooting, he could be unstoppable. lol.

I do like Farmar. Terrence Williams is pretty solid on D and actually has a decent post game if you get him in a mismatch. He could play the point a bit, too, since he handled the ball a lot in college.

I did get one trade to go through, but I had to give up Favors in order to do it. I'll try your suggestion and see if that works.

Melo-Favors-Lopez would be a nasty 3-4-5 trio, that's for sure.

Starting to dislike this game. Two games in a row I have been outscored by 20+ in the final 5 minutes to choke a game away. Shooting over 50% going into the 4th. Shot maybe over 15% in the 4th. Drew 20 fouls going into the 4th, only got one more called on them and that was with 10 minutes left in the 4th. This game is more scripted than a Hollywood movie.

Just added it up. I have been outscored by 104 points in the 4th quarter in my 15 games. I don't know whats going on. I keep everyone fresh, out o0f foul trouble. I don't make stupid plays in the 4th that cost me, I run the same thing thats been working, it just stops working once the 4th begins. I have only outscored a team in the 4th quarter two, maybe three times this season. The largest margin was by like 8 points too.

My starting 5 a season after losing in east finals to the non wade,lebron or bosh, Miami Heat(i did fantasy draft and heat won finals that season still lol)

That starting 5 is gonna be huge. And I got a C who got picked at #15 overall and has A+ potential(I originally had #7 pick but he was projected to go mid first round so I decided to trade down a few picks so I could get a player or two AND still get the draftee I wanted). He might end up taking over as my starting C and win Rookie of the year!

Just started a association with the Cavs and i simmed the first year but i picked up 2 extra 1st rounders(in the lottery i got 3rd pick,5th pick,9th pick,and a second rounder)

I picked up Brandon Knight,Josh Selby,CJ Leslie, and Mason Plumlee

Its going to be fun with these rookies

Association seems fine to me except that this game represents how bad my Pistons really are, or were last year. I am 3-13 so far, but I only have 3 or 4 original players from the Pistons.
