You should switch Diaw and Maggette. Both fit in better with the other team. And throw at least a 1st rounder at Indiana. Possibly some future assets at Houston as well...

Never thought of swapping them, makes alot more sense your right. I just saw the Diaw for Thabeet, and Williams in another thread and in order to make it work I turned it into the 3 team deal. Took care of it. Swapped them around, and plan to give the Pacers a protected pick once I fall out of the lottery.

What do you guys think about this trade?

Pistons get: Marshoon Brooks, Anthony Marrow, Nets 1st 2012, Nets 1st 2013

            Nets: Greg Monroe vernon macklin

Using a draft class so picks are very important. Found this on trade finder...

            Should I take it?

I think the Nets are given up way to much.

Re: The Official Rate My Trade Thread

Just finished my first season, what do you think about this trade? A very similar trade was mentioned in ESPN's latest 5-on-5 article.

                Warriors get: Dwight Howard
Magic get: Andrew Bynum, David Lee, Wizards 2013 1st round pick (via GS), Warriors 2013 1st round pick
Lakers get: Stephen Curry, Hedo Turkoglu

The Warriors recieve the dominant big man they have coveted for quite some time. The Magic get two good big men and two first round picks in the upcoming draft. The Lakers get the point guard they need (Fisher retired) and another wing (lost Barnes in FA). This trade makes sense for all three teams. It immediately improves the Warriors and Lakers, and gives the Magic pieces to build with, and keeps them competitive at the same time.

Ratings and Trade values are as follows (Player-OVR,TV)
                Curry-85,5. Lee-80,2. Was '13 1st-2. GS '13 1st-1
                Howard-93,5. Turkoglu-71,1
                Bynum-83,4 1/2

Warriors give total of 10 stars, recieve 5
Magic give total of 6 stars, recieve 9 1/2
Lakers give total of 4 1/2 stars, recieve 6

I'm looking to rebuild the Celtics starting right before the trade deadline. Should I shake Rondo, KG, and Allen? I'm planning to keep 34 until retirement.

Was playing around with the idea of a trade for Monta Ellis or Eric Gordon. That would ship Rondo out for sure. Then there is keeping Rondo and putting some younger athletic shooters around him. Monta seems a bit to unrealistic so I don't think I'll go that route but you never know.

Suggestions anyone for key players to start the framework with?

Ok part of my Suns Association I have done this trade tell me what you think

Steve Nash, Shannon Brown, Grant Hill, 2nd rounder

                      For

Josh Smith, '12 1st round pick, Kirk Hinrich

And another trade I might potentially do, because of Smith's reluctancy to re-sign in the '13 season would be...

                      Smith For LaMarcus Aldridge

                      OR

Josh Smith, Delonte West, Jared Dudly/Alonzo Gee

                      FOR

                      Al Jefferson and Devin Harris

I wan't to keep it realistic. I just drafted 6'10" Anthony Davis out of Kentucky also so I would like to keep his minutes on the floor strictly as a PF so picking up a C/PF like Jefferson could help. Let me know what you think! Thanks again.

I was wondering if anyone could offer advice for my current association with the Magic. I am nearing the trade deadline, comfortably in #2 in the East behind the Celtics, who somehow got Rudy Gay, and would like to make a move for someone to play with Dwight and convince him to stay. Everyone is available besides Anderson (who is like a 69 on my (old) rosters anyway, so undervalued. Some targets I am considering are Nash or Monta Ellis. Thoughts on these trades?

                        Steve Nash
Josh Childress (And his terrible contract)

                        for

                        Jameer Nelson
                        Glen Davis
                        JJ Reddick

...And maybe even sending them a first for a second? Thoughts?

The other possibility would be Monta Ellis or Eric Gordon... Are any of these evem workable? Keep in mind, these are start oof season rosters so Jameer is pretty good and Anderson is only average at best.

Alright, I need input on this trade. I feel it is too powerful for the 76ers, what do you guys think?

Magic trade: Jameer Nelson, J.J. Redick, Quienton Richardson, '12 1st round pick
76ers trade: Louis Williams, Thaddeus Young

I like the Nash trade. Him
And Howard would team up well together.

I think if you take the pick or a magic player out then it would be pretty fair.
