im in the playoffs of year 2 of my PF whom im for the most part only playing key games with and progressing very slow with.
im really developing his post game. he is fairly athletic(55 speed, 54 quick, i eventually want upper 60's for both) his mid range is great at 82, and he finish up close fairly well
in year 1 i was drafted to the bobcats, only played 3 games all season, since our only key games were the Hornets.
then in year 2 i played the two hornets game, in addition to 3 others simply because i wanted to. so i only played 5 games all of season 2. i averaged 8 points, 6 rebounds on the season and ended as a 6th man playing around 24 minutes.
now in the playoffs i will play every game.
first game of round 1 at Boston. Boston is 4th seed, we are the 5th.
in the first half i put up amazing numbers(for this player at least) 17 points, 7 rebounds. before this game my highest points scored was 17 and i already matched that in one half.
but then Q3 i went down hill, shooting a poor percentage and ended up finishing the third with 21 points, 10 rebounds. but still we were winning 64-58 and then of course, even though i was leading the team, i was the "sprite spark", i got benched since im not a stater. and we ended up losing 91-81.
i think i will be the starter by the end of the series though if i keep playing like this.
im begining to not hate playing for the bobcats though the more i play with them, Kemba is developing real nice, but he is the only player i can really say i like playing with here. so im not 100% sure i want to stay here. originally i was planning on signing with the Nuggets after my first season, but they are the best record in the league so that may feel kinda cheap to go to the best team.
so looking ahead i will either stay here, got to Cleveland, NJ, or maybe Denver, or maybe even someplace else, it really depends what my offers are after the season.
