Yeah how do I use this? I have used a similar feature on EA games with Fight Night Round 4...Do i need the cam or can I upload pics? Id love to start over with a completely customized guy and no trade roster if I can get some info on this

It's not really a feature, you have to hex edit your save file to do it. There's a couple of threads about it in the roster section.

You can't hex edit PS3 saves because of the architecture of the save file.

Man I love this MyPlayer but I'm done with it til they patch some of these problems. The 3point% has to be put down, I just had the Timberwolves go 13 for 13 from 3 on me and there was only about 4 open shots. That's just crazy considering they call it "Sim".Really hope they fix it soon.

How can I improve my strength in My Player? I got 70 for my 6'7 PG and I can't increase via points anymore so is that it? Or can I do drills to increase? And what drills increase strength?

If you go into My Purchases you can buy attribute caps which allow more attributes to a certain category. Being a PG i think strength gets capped at 70.

My player is 90 overall now, with 5 of the next 6 games being key games.... Oh yea....

If it's capped I cannot raise it higher? And omg the stupid *** Bucks traded Stephen Jackson for Maggette and Augustin WTF? They get back stupid Maggette who can't shoot and another PG that starts over me and does put Boykins in his place but still, WTF? I love DeRozan starting now but wheres the shooting when I take over it's gonna be

This is a team with no 3pt threat, sure Augustin is gonna be on the bench but still man this is BS. I'd rather have Jackson back who thinks he's the best player in the world by taking like 25-30 shots a game and handling the ball like he's lebron then Maggette and another PG who takes shine from me.

ok im having an issue with my player and i want to know if this happened to anyone else...so after i won the championship in my second season the game just froze when I exited out of the game...is there anything i can do about this

This happened to me and I couldnt even get the game to start (on PS3). I finally started another game, then came back to 2k12 and loaded up a previous save and everything was golden.

Here’s an update on my team. The Kings went from looking like they’re out of the playoffs to going on a 9 game tear and are now tied for third in the conference.

Management tried to trade Tyreke for Bynum, but I vetoed that trade, lol. I’ll let them trade anyone but Cousins and Evans.

We did trade John Salmons and Samuel Dalembert for Jermaine O’Neal and Troy Murphy.

Then we traded J.J. Hickson for Marreese Speights and Andres Nocioni.

I love both trades honestly, because the second allowed O’Neal to become the starting 4 for the present while giving us a young backup big to grow with us and back up both Cousins and O’Neal.

No super annoying trades so far. The biggest names to get dealt elsewhere were:

Steve Nash and a 1st for Henderson and Diaw
Brandon Roy for Wes Johnson and Brad Miller
T-Mac back to the Rockets (with Stucky), which I found funny, for Flynn
Kevin Love for Paul George and Dunleavy

Other than that, lots of little trades like the ones my team made. Still have 2 weeks until the deadline though.

I just had what I feel is my best game in my short career (6’9” small forward with the Kings).

26 pts (9-16 FG, 1-1 3PT, 7-7 FT), 7 rebs, 23 asts, 1 to in 39 minutes in a key game against Golden State. I was making Cousins (25), Evans (21), and Jermaine O’Neal (28) look like stars!

I think I need to up the difficulty from Pro/Sim

I hope the patch for My Player will:
- Stop all freezing issues, the halftime freeze and winning the finals freeze
- Have an option to Turn Off Trades.
- Cut Down on 3 point shots made and last second shot makes.
- And allow us to sim to a point in the calender or just plain SIM Next Game option.

This would make what already is a nice mode even better!!

You have to turn autosave off.

Started my point guard and had a decent showing the rookie showcase. Nothing special, but hey what can ya do? Afterwards, the Knicks said that I would be their future point guard if I wanted to join them. I said "hell yes" to the thought of playing with 'melo and Amar'e.

The knicks drafted me, and we were winning right out of the gate. "Wow, it's awesome when the team-CPU will actually put the ball in the basket" was the thought running through my head the first few games. Then I see that there was some trades made. I immediately noticed that 'Melo and fields was replaced with Rudy Gay and OJ Mayo.

I was okay with this since I actually thought it would improve our line-up. A couple trades later and this was a entirely new Knicks team, but I kept with them because they still had Amar'e. Until they traded Amar'e to the Celtics for Rondo.

I immediately demanded a trade. The knicks told me I would their future PG and then they go and trade Amar'e for Rondo? I got traded to the Clippers and in my first game as a starter there we played the Lakers. I put up 30 points, 7 assists, 2 steals, and a block and was named MVP for the game. I also hit the buzzer beater on a in bound pass with 0.7 seconds left for the game winning two points. Three games later we played the Lakers again. They murdered us by 30 points. I'm just hoping they don't trade away Blake Griffin :X

yeah, being able to sim in a calendar rather than to next key game would be very nice. I can't believe there isn't a calendar system already.
