Crazy idea I just had: in My Player, the option to go up to a teammate during timeouts and tell them to take open jumpers more, take it to the hole more, pass more, play more help D, or stick with their man. Younger players and players with laid back personalities would be more receptive to listen to you, but vets and unpredictable personalities would be more resistant. Their response is indicated by nodding in agreement or waving you off. You do it too much to someone who doesn't agree, and they'll start yelling and will try to freeze you out in the game. Your teammate chemistry and your status(role player, starter, or star) will play a part in if they agree or not. Every time they agree, their tendency to, say, take open jumpers more will go way up for like four games. It will also up their tendency in that category 5-10% for the rest of the year so if you continue to tell someone to shoot every couple of games, they'll be more apt to firing it up.
All those times when a teammate doesn't take an open jumper in MP? With this feature you can have a say in it. You don't do anything in timeouts anyway, so this would give you something to do if you want to. Also: it would be great if we could button out of timeouts immediately after they are called. They only last like ten seconds, but when you play the game a lot it gets kind of annoying to wait through them every time.
