Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
CatDaddy spends hundreds/thousands of hours and dollars manually plucking the free cards out of peoples decks and have them eat the ramifications of the wild cards and contracts they spent on them? I suppose that could work.Comment

Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
Almost everyone here is crying because they didn't get the cards themselves otherwise there would be no issue. On top of that why should people have to eat up the wild cards or star contracts they used when it was something everyone could have done, some just missed out and they are angry about that
So I'm assuming you got some of the cards?
You just said everyone who didn't get them is crying and angry. It is clear that everyone who did get them or has no need for them is happy or indifferent. Everyone's opinion will obviously be biased toward their own situation. However, more people than not didn't get the cards and even some that did say they want it rolled back. So you are in the vast minority here, why don't you put yourself in the shoes of someone who didn't get any AS cards and think how you would feelComment

I was literally on a mountain without cell service, and I have just returned and learned of this problem. I am not sure what happened since I was out, but I am contacting folks about it. I assure you it was an error and we will address it.Last edited by GhostKiller; 02-14-2016, 07:14 PM.Tier: LEG++

Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
Pretty sure nothing will happen except for an apology for the stuff up. I didn't get any as it was 3am in Australia when it happened.
Even if a new tier comes out the people with 5 AS star pros will be in a good position to start the next tier.Comment

So you're campaigning for the result which helps you the most....... Hmmm....... And how would a rollback not affect you?

Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
Well people who got 5+ AS pros got a lot more than you did and I'm sure other people have gotten WCs, sold cards, and completed goals in this time. A rollback will affect everyone as close as possible to anything else. Not saying CD will do it, but it is the proper course of action unquestionablyComment

Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
Isn't that exactly what everyone else is doing too, your campaigning it go back to the way it was where you had an advantage? They can take back the allstar cards if they want, I just want to keep my wildcards and RPComment

OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
I got many free packs and in the time since got an early reset and sold a decent amount of cards. I would happily give that up for a rollback. I realize for the health of the game this is a must. I may lose a bit personally but it is not fair to those who grinder hard and/or paid to progress.

Re: OS Concerns: All-Star 2016 Pack Glitch
To preface, I got 4 all star packs in the last 2 minutes of the packening. Not a big deal to me, as event cards are better.
My issues with a rollback are:
1. Legal issues that suck up the resources devoted to this game. This would be a real problem. This entire issue is CatDaddy's fault. The users at the time, could very easily make the argument they didn't know whether it was intended or not, as it was a sale, and that they would be at a competitive disadvantage if they did not grab the cards. Whatever argument they made, any items purchased with real money, so credits, that were used up and whose effect would be erased by a rollback, would give them cause for a refund. Users are already threatening refund claim.
2. Resets. Self explanatory. I got my star reset and it was a off spec kyrie. I will be pissed off if they take this from me given how long it takes already to get a reset.
3. Seasons. Also self explanatory.
4. Wilds/Star Contract used. I will use a wild and star contract to pro Kawhi tonight. If that was taken away, I would also be pissed.
I am indifferent to what occurs, given the issues above are addressed. I don't think this will have anywhere near the effect as some think. It could be neutralized by some of the solutions offered that alter the tiers pretty easily, and would be entirely irrelevant when the next tier is released. Event cards are still better, which is why grinding is still more important. The Kawhi card I get today, will be better than any card someone got for free yesterday.Comment

Not sure where the legal issue would be, if they roll it back and refund any credits purchased during this time frame, I don't see an issue. They keep detailed records of all purchases
