Hopefully you can bring this up to the game play team and discuss this idea. I wouldn't think it would make blocking any more difficult, it would be the same as offense, the option to adjust is up to you, if you want to just go up for a block then press up on the right stick, if you want to adjust then you move the stick. It's the same thing as on offense.

I think for Elite 12' you should focus on manual dunking as well as blocking. The goal should be to make every aspect manual as an option. For the casual, have an automatic Elite mode, and for hardcore make everything user driven.

That's the way to go if the game is 100% physics.

But you guys are on the right track.

Funny you should ask... I swear you must have a hidden camera installed here at the EA building or something

Those both just went in over the weekend.

Will Iminurbase be around to answer online feature questions soon?

I just figure if we are giving solid suggestions for physics/AI/controls, maybe we could start a thread for online features as well.

It only took me 10 shots to get the result I was after, front rim, bounce on to the backboard, then back into the net.

Now, I was playing in slow motion so it was kind of cheating. You may not be able to hit that kind of precision in real time, but the result you're asking about is definitely possible.

                Thanks that's promising!!

There will be signature dunk packages, but I'll be honest, that was not a focus for this year. I don't know the specific number of dunk packages either.

I wish I could give you a better answer, but that's where it stands. I hope you at least appreciate the honesty
Any increase in the number in dunk animations along with player specific sig dunk packages is a good start as well as a bit more polish added to them the better the game will be.

Any progress is good progress, but honestly, I really think Live should start from scratch with the dunking animations. They just aren't that fluid and varied with lots being too over the top.

The way REAnimator is answering our questions is overwhelming. I've tried to get the same developers' attention at the NCAA subforum expressing my concern on the lack of camera options but the silence is deafening over there.

                          Kudos Elite Team!

What are u guys talking bout the are many in and out **** toliet bowls and stuff in live 10. if you shooting in the hanger why should u get a lucky bounce or rattle in if you are shooting by yourself. i have 2k10 aswell and shots in practice mode go in alll net i dont see what live 10 did wrong in the area in can improve but you make it like if the ball touches the rim it misses

I can't speak to what it was like in Live 10, I was simply responding to the question and explaining how it is currently in Elite.

I'd be surprised if there were no in/out's in Live 10, but that's not really relevant to the conversation.

The fact is, they are in Elite but in a much more natural way as the shot physics are a direct response to the user's input.

Will there be injuries in the game?

I think it's possible to add some real injuries based on RTP
