Oh you mean how to edit the existing players' attributes? From memory, I think you go to Around The League and then Rosters, select the player in question and then choose Edit Player and go down the list on the left until you come to Attributes. I've been doing Legacy's so long that I'm not sure if it's in Around The League or if there is a Coaching tab, but try this and if I'm wrong someone will correct me.Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

no,no I'm talkin about stephen curry I have his rating 3 pt rating at 82 but that not accurate because he deserves a 90 or so and (this isn't in a legacy) I was wonderin how do I find the 3 pt rating he deserves!do I multiply his real life 3 pointers made per game by 10 or what?Comment

I don't know if anyone has a specific formula for finding 3 point ratings, I'd be surprised if someone actually has gone that in-depth... I say just give him 90+ if you feel it is appropriate, or search 2kshare for a roster from previous seasons. I've been using rosters based on the 09-10 season so I don't have Curry to look at.
I know there is a spreadsheet available but I've heard questions about it as far as comparisons between power school players and small school players. It's difficult to rate every player on the same standard considering their stats are based on mostly level competition.Wolverines Wings Same Old Lions Tigers Pistons Erika ChristensenComment

only way is by looking at season schedule (u can check this for other schools too) or the tourney brackets...
Also the AI controlled teams only let you see their box scores from a certain amount of games back(the older the game, the more likely you cant view its box score)Comment

Idk if this has been said but if you double tap b towards the baseline the your engaged in the post you'll do a pro hop in that direction. If you double tap b towards the basket when engaged in the post you'll do a reverse spin towards the paint.Comment

Ya know... This really touches on one of the finer points of the game. When what you're describing happens, it is an instance of the offense being successful in the flow of the game. You'll notice that when on offense a team is more likely to have success when running a play and trying to get into rhythm. Simply dribbling down the court with your star perimeter player, busting a couple of isos, and then trying to fire up a fade away runner simply doesn't work in this game... Or if it does it doesn't work often.
This game is pretty much weighted to the sim side of things, almost to a fault. I say almost because once you figure out how to work with within the sim elements, then you start to see the beauty of the game, and things start to free up and become more fluid.
Getting into that rhythm on offense is key, and so to have success on defense you must disrupt that rhythm. Little things like changing your defense, applying manual double teams, and putting your best defender on someone lighting you up can make a big difference.
This same approach of disruption must be applied when trying to stop the 3 from the 2-3 or 3-2 zone. This disruption must come from you however, and you cannot expect the CPU to apply it for you. You have to take control of the defender in question and anticipate the pass, getting in the shooter's face after the pass is made. If you sit back and allow the play to develop without any real attempt at breaking the flow of the offense, they're going to give you fits.
I am very late to the party but this post is spot on.Comment

Is there a camera similar to drive off 2k10 or baseline off the EA Sports basketball games?Comment

An oldie but certainly a goodie. And you can buy it cheap which is the best part. Wish the college hoops games were as popular as college football.Greatest Franchise Ever

I've had this game since release and just fired it back up a few minutes ago and did not know this. This is a great tip because in my legacy i have a couple of good post players i want to get the ball to. Thanks.Comment
