I was trying to multitask between watching the fight and this game, when the rox got the lead I just knew we would win but sigh it didn't happen. I really feel bad for Yao and McGrady they will get the blunt of the blame especially Tracy but they poured their hearts out into game 7. I really don't know what to type or say this is the worse loss I have ever experienced as a fan of any team

Just to add, being the 2nd-best defensive team in the league, Houston wasn't doing too well defending the Jazz.
The Rockets can:
replace JVG or give him a good assistant coach, ala Scott/Jordan on the Nets.
get a 3rd player who can create for himself and others or at the very least, someone who can score. As it is, only T-Mac can do that.
Yao is the best center in the league. I think he forgot that in this series.
T-Mac may have more mileage than Jordan at this age, but it doesn't mean he can't be great. He has the talent and the skills, he just needs that mind-set that he can't be stopped no matter what they throw at him. Considering both players didn't really have an offseason to practice 'cause of injuries, they can do so now.Comment

Yeah it's not a surprise, and he was probably out of gas in the end, but he asked for the blame so he's getting it.
I'm glad the series is over because that series IMO wasn't as great as people say. It was half unwatchable most of the time.Comment

Can't help but to feel bad for the Rocket fans, I know they expected big things from their team this year. Tough that they ran into a tough matchup with Utah. As far as JVG. I'm not one of those guys who's going to throw all of the blame on him. Bonzi Wells is a head-case so I don't think Van Gundy is the reason for him being a bust (why didn't anyone else snatch him up this past offseason after that great playoff performance) He's a decent coach and some thought he should have gotten coach of the year this year for the job he did. Houston just needs one more guy to be top tier.
I'd say they'd be most likely to get is home town boy Rashard Lewis, who has said he would love to be in Houston. He would give Tmac another scorer and take pressure off of him to not have to be playmaker/scorer. Gerald Wallace is another possible guy I think they should look at. He can guard multiple positions and is a stat sheet filler. He would give the Rockets an even better defensive team. Wallace will probably cost less than Lewis but Lewis might also cut them a deal to come play where he grew up.
1 more guy and I really feel that Houston would be a top tier Western Conf team.Favorite Teams:

why anyone would want Larry Brown is beyond me. He'd quit halfway through the season to go to another team."Never trust a big butt and a smile."-Ricky Bell
