Tim Duncan...few people really like him / few people really hate him. People don't really feel much either way. That's the problem and that's why people don't watch.

Basketball junkies and Spurs fans can appreciate him...most people don't though.

Even as a b-ball junkie, I do find the Spurs games boring often. I don't know why - the lack of personality may be it.
Agreed, I find the Spurs extremely boring to watch. I'd rather watch the Hawks play.

LeBron would've missed the first free throw anyways. The kid has been completely shut down in the first 3 games.

Midrange jumper off the dribble (left and right hand)
          Post moves
Side to side dribbling (break someone down)

I know some will say, "He does those things already!"

Yeah, but can he consistently pull the moves off? Lebron loses his confidence throughout the game(s) and season.

Also, Im not falling for the excuses of "He's only 22." Oh well, what some fail to realize is that he is 22 and 240lbs and never been injured seriously.

          No hate, just my $0.02.

P.S. Bulls wouldve made a better opponent than the Cavs.
Totally agree. Lebron has a workload in the offseason.

Hey, LeBron has made only two shots the entire series outside of the paint. When you've got a one-man team, that spells sweep.

San Antonio had their worst shooting night of the playoffs, and Cleveland couldn't beat them at home.

I'm just amazed that all your hatred towards the NBA and basketball in general, that you watch every game.

Or, are you just going off Sportscenter highlights?

Hey, it's better than "So you think you can dance."

I don't hate basketball. I just can't stand what it's becoming. Watch ESPN Classic (they're running old finals games all the time right now), and tell me those games weren't 10 times as entertaining, and 100 times better played.

The league needs to look at how it calls games. Some teams have figured out how to muck up the action, much like the clutching and grabbing was ruining hockey.

                  The changes I'd make:

                  1. Stop seeding the players by conference. Make it 1 thru 16, and seed accordingly.

1a. A foul is a foul is a foul. Doesn't matter who or when. Just like the NFL.

                  2. Give all starters 8 fouls. You can't foul out of a football or baseball game. The rest of the bench gets six like before. (Don't want a worse foulfest at the end of games.)

                  3. Flopping should be an automatic technical foul.

                  4. Get some younger referees that can run and don't think they're the show.

                  5. Cut down on the timeouts. No more advancing to the timeline. No timeout as soon as they line up after a timeout. People hate that crap.

                  6. Widen the court. It's to crowded in the corners for these big guys.

                  Just some thoughts.

Sorry if you were looking to argue. No need to. Your suggestions just flat out suck.

But if you want your *** grabbed, let me help you.

Cleveland starts Pollard and Varejao, and then sits them the first break in play. Now 8 x 2 fouls in standby. Does that make any sense?

I like the top 16 teams make the playoffs idea. Rewards the teams w/ the best records. Not the teams with the best records in their division.

that would be like calling a "dive" in the nhl.... its up to the ref and they barely ever make the call.. it would be just the same in the nba..

agreed... plus, what's wrong with progression people? You all sound like my grandpa. You know... "Things just ain't as good as they used to be" mentality. If everything stayed the same, that to me would be boring. I don't want the same type of basketball that the 80's had, neither would I want 2027 to look like 2007.

Basketball of today is not as good as the 90's when I first started watching the NBA. But I'm happy that the NBA is different. And I hope in the future, the game keeps changing and new things are evident. New is exciting.

One day the East won't be inferior to the West, but you have to be patient. You can't just give up on something just because it goes bad for a little.

It should always be West vs. East in the finals. That's the fun. I think it SHOULD be 1 thru 8 in each conference tho with NO DIVISIONS... there is NO POINT to those freaking divisions... you don't play inter-division teams anymore than outer like baseball or football so what's the point?
