Lebron is every bit as smart as Larry was, look at the decisions he makes with the ball and the passes he makes. He passes the ball with such precision, has handle like a PG, can score like a SG, can post up like a PF, can guard 1-5. Athletically Larry isn't in Lebron's league. So how is Larry scoring on Lebron? He's not driving by him, so would he just try posting him up? Lebron with his speed & handle would have Larry on his heels.

Rings don't define how good you are as a player cause if so, Wilt definitely wouldn't be in your Top 10.

And also, if the Spurs won Game 6, I wouldn't be talking about how LeBron choked because he didn't. Instead I would be talking about how the Spurs won the title, and giving them credit for doing what they had to do.

His performance in Game 6 was great too.
And probably saying Fire Spo and Trade Bosh in between.

The Spurs inability to closeout game 6 should have no bearing on how great of a player Lebron. Win or lose he's one of the greatest to ever play.

Props to LeBron and the Heat. I hate everything about that team and what they represent and who they play for. I'll never change my mind about them teaming up but they got **** done again. Can't knock them for taking care of business.

That said, lol at this thread man. All year dudes wanna throw fits about people comparing LeBron to people and defining his legacy before its over when there is any sort of negative tone in the post, soon as he wins another ring we get another seven or eight pages to this thread with top tens and looking where to rank him all time and how much better he is than older players and whatnot. I'mma need both sides to chill the hell out and just let that man play ball and enjoy it or not.

              Jordan
              Shaq
              Magic
              Wilt
              Kareem
              Duncan
              Russell

That's not in order, and then LeBron follows, if LeBron gets another MVP and title, I think he jumps above Shaq and maybe Wilt. I'm very biased for Wilt though.
i pretty much agree with your list, but where is bryant?

                Pretty much this.

It's annoying both ways. Top 10's, top 5's? Ain't that kinda childish? Who are we to decide who's top 10 of all time anyway? It's kinda funny to read that wether he wins again or not he's this or that.... Really? Wierd. Let players do what they gotta do, end where they may then you can say who ranks where.

Meanwhile just enjoy what's in front of you for what it is.

No. I feel like LeBron is already near the bottom of the top 10. I was saying we wouldn't be having this discussion. We'd be talking about how LeBron choked again and how this impacts his legacy. He did have a great game in game 6 but if the Spurs had've won, people would've pointed at those two turnovers and said "LeBron choked again".

This is the LeBron James thread so I'm talking about what would be happening in this thread. And if you think that no one would be talking about LeBron "choking" again, you're crazy.

Basically if the Heat hadn't won I don't think we'd be arguing over whether or not LeBron is top 5 all time. We'd be talking about the loss and how it impacts him.

That's part of what I'm trying to say. The top 5 talk is only happening because of the win last night. If the Spurs win game 6 you bet your *** there wouldn't be anyone in here talking about LeBron being top 5 all time.

lebron is the GOAT*my opinion, i dont measure rings when evaluating individual players*

.no other player *atleast to my knowledge* has had his athleticism, size, vision, IQ, potential, ability to get better every season, and talent all in 1 package

was still saying this when he had no rings, so steelers freak please dont talk for everyone
