Re: The LeBron James Thread
No no, we don't need all those Bulls bandwagoners popping back up like they did during the 90s.
Go to Milwaukee, Bron.#RespectTheCultureComment

I would love to see some of our Chicago faithful cheering for Lebron while constantly reminding us he will never be Jordan.Good job! Good effort!Comment

Re: The LeBron James Thread
I kind of want LeBron to surprise us and go to a team we weren't thinking would get him.

Re: The LeBron James Thread
I didn't really think it was going to be but after what happened in the finals, I think the window has opened just a tiny bit for LeBron to leave. Of course it all depends on the situations/teams that present themselves.
Personally I would like to see him go back to Cleveland or even play in New York, but I don't think either of those are happening (pretty sure NY couldn't even put themselves in a position to afford him anyways).
Honestly he's probably better off keeping his talents in South Beach. Pat Riley knows how to get **** done and I think the organization in general will be looking to shake things up a bit to improve the team.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Re: The LeBron James Thread
If he goes back to Cleveland he'll just be a good story with 2 rings. Top 5 for sure.
If he stays in Miami and retools and continues to compete for chips every year, he could be the GOAT or the 2nd best.
Really about what he wants to do"To the last minute, to the last second, to the last man, we fight"Comment

Re: The LeBron James Thread
I think I heard some dudes talking the other night on ESPN about the salary cap issues Miami is going to have though. Its clear that Lebron, Wade and Bosh cannot just win a ring every year with the current roster they have, at the same time if you keep all three you have peanuts left to pay anyone else they want to keep or bring in. Lebron wants RINGS. I don't think he cares where they come from. He's going to play for wherever he can get more RINGS. I'm not too sure if Miami in it's current state is going to be that place. Some people think he will return to Cleveland for the feel good story and while Cleveland has a lot of young talent... that doesnt mean there's chemistry there to win a ring. It took the big 3 to develop chemistry over a full first season before they started really dominating. Lebron is on the other side of 20 now. If he's going to get 3-4 more rings its going to have to happen over the next 4-5 years.. if he goes to a talented team with no chemistry, it might take another year or two, and even then there's no guarantee it will all come together.
I dont know what I would do if I was the Heat's GM... I don't think you can keep all three of them and I don't think you should. Wade's body has like an extra 5 years on it from the injuries and Bosh think's hes Larry Bird now chillin on the outside chukin J's instead of banging the boards.
Kevin Love to the heat for Chris Bosh and someone else? Maybe?
When I watched the Spurs pretty much make the Heat their whipping boy this finals series, I thought about what if Lebron had not went to the heat and instead went to the Spurs instead. I thought about how many titles they might have had. Lebron might very well had already be at 5 rings right now. I'm not saying Lebron go there now.. but I mean when he made "the big decision".. Duncan at the 4, Lebron at the 3, move Ginobli to the 2 (or play off the bench flexing between the 2 and 3 spot), and Parker at the 1.. WITH THE X FACTOR... POP. Pop is a mean grumpy man.. but that dude is a top 5 all time coach. Bron to the Spurs a few years ago would have been game over for the NBA.
But now... I dunno.. have no idea where he goes. Does him and Kevin Love both go to the Lakers? Lebron and Kobe? That would be interesting. Honestly I think Lebron needs to start texting Kevin Love and they should go somewhere together. I think he's gotten all he's gonna get out of Mr. "Im banging Gabrille Union and youre not" and The 3 point shooting praying mantis that is Bosh.__________________________________________________ ____
