I get what you're saying to an extent, but again it's not about just leaving through free agency and I still don't see why this has to keep being explained. LeBron's not getting what he's getting because he left, that's his right and he didn't HAVE to stay in Cleveland, however it's the way he left that's the problem and the attitude he has displayed since just before leaving and since leaving.
If you quit a job, put in your two weeks, show up keep up your work level at the same level you've been working that's one thing. However if you put in your two weeks and proceed to treat your job like you only have two weeks left there or worse yet, you're scheduled to work and about two hours into the shift and you ain't there and they're looking for you and you call and tell them you quit, you don't then get the luxury of bitching and moaning how wrong they are for dogging you out at the job and not being references for you down the line.
As for the thing about the Olympics I'm assuming that was brought up not just to pile on LeBron, but to give context to the change that Dwyane Wade is apparently going through in this new marriage of egos. It's clear that being in Cleveland protected LeBron from a lot of stuff that he's now being forced to be hit with cause he went out the house without his bullet proof vest. This is exactly the type of scrutiny that people said they were going to have to go through, they knew what they were getting themselves into by doing what they did so I don't see why all of a sudden people are acting like they're surprised or somehow offended by the level of hatred and critiscism that these guys are going through. This is exactly what was expected to happen and now it's here and it's wrong? They knew what would happen if they got together and weren't winning and they went through with it anyway. Now you have to live with the consequences of that choice.
