Whole team regressed when they hired Brown.. Coincidence? I think not.

He also needs to learn how to stay healthy because that's another problem he's had since he's been in the league.

Just give me one full season is all I ask for.

For instance, people went gaga over Lilliard and bashed Irving but if you swapped them the narrative would have been a lot different IMO. I'd say Irving would have looked just as good as Lillard with Aldridge and Lillard wouldn't have led the Cavs to the playoffs either. Yet both Lilliard and Irving are still a tier or two above Thomas.

        Never said he was.
Agree on your last point. Portland would be just as good if you swapped Irving and Lillard IMO.

I remember thinking that exact same thing watching them play against each other in the Team USA scrimmages in vegas. Both great offensive players...both not so great on the defensive end lol.

Still would give a slight nod to Kyrie though

I understand not going along with excuses, but not every player can be like Lebron and Kobe and win in spite of Mike browns "offense". Kyrie isn't that player, which is fine.

After being a top 4-5 clutch player his first two seasons those numbers dropped a lot last year. Again, that's evidence of being worn out at the end of each game.

I'm sorry if my Mike Brown bashing gets tiresome, but you really can't comprehend how bad of a coach he is unless you watch games he coaches every night

The home jersey would be among my favorites in the league probably. I always like the jerseys with something going across them. Love Portland's jerseys every year. And red is my favorite color basketball wise, so Chicago, Miami, Portland, Houston, etc.. Love all those jerseys.. That's close enough to red lol.

                      (I didn't make this and it's obviously a joke )

This Twitter handle is trolling with fake inside sources, though.

Those Cavs jerseys are shades of the WNBA

                                Re: 2014 Off-Season Thread

I'm kinda excited to see how Spo and the Heat do this year. Not so much Bosh, obviously his numbers will be better, but we pretty much already know what kind of player he is compared to what he was.

I'm more anxious to see Beas, I really hope they keep him and give him some minutes. If he can reach into some of that potential he had he could be a good offensive threat for a team that will really need it. Though adding Deng, Ariza, would be nice I would like to see Beas get the minutes there with Granger as his back up (if the Granger deal even goes through now).

Really wish they would throw the max at Bledsoe or Monroe. Detroit has money tied up in a lot of guys and has everyone out of position. With the way KCP looked at the summer league I think he definitely needs to move into the lineup, from there they could slide Smith to PF and obviously hold on to Drummond.. Phoenix now has Dragic, Thomas, and Ennis? I really feel they were a good team without Bledsoe and plan to either move him for a "star" or let him walk to free space for a star.. Maybe I'm wrong though.

                                But either way:
                                Bledsoe, Wade, Beas, McRoberts, Bosh

                                Cole, Wade, Beas, Bosh, Monroe

Either of those lineups would be fun to watch and would/should be very competitive in the East.. A bench with Napier, Ennis, possibly McRoberts (if Monroe), and Granger.. Would make an interesting bench as well.

Would be cool to see them keep Oden and hopefully work a few more minutes with him since they aren't competing for a high seed. If not I hope someone lands him, it's nice to see him at least on a roster after all he's been through.
