Not joking! You cats are gonna love this!

I would take Drexler, Pippen, Worthy, Mchale, Barkley off the top 50 and easily stick Kobe on top 50 all time.

Watch me stick Kobe in the top 10 of all time (1. MJ, 2. Magic, 3. Bird, 4. Chamberlin,5. Abdul Jabbar, 6. Oscar Robertson,7. Jerry West, 8. Bill Russell, 9. Kobe Bryant, 10. Shaq)

Barry Bonds in the 90's wasn't even the MJ of his generation. But cumulative, we've come to view him in that way in 2004.

In 2015, (if kobe continues to play) he will have a cadre of awards/titles/ to catupult.

I view Kobe/MJ the same way I see Tiger Woods/Jack Nicklaus. It's inevitable. Whereas guys like T-mac and Pierce look more like Alex English and Dominique Wilkins (good but not truly great).

As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

yeah the bulls didnt duplicate the champship after jordan left. they lost the best player in the world and still won the same amount of games and i believe made it to the next round with out the best player in the world. My point is he didnt make anybody better. They were good the were a better team with him but he didnt make them better. win he left kerr didnt forget how to get to his spot and make a open j. neither did bj arm strong [....] they had pete myers. nobody needed jordan for them to do there job. pippen did what he had to do and so did everybody esle. duplicating there record with out jordan prove he didnt make anybody better [censored] he didnt play point pippen did. Maybe they made him look better because every time jordan got in a pickle they could be trusted to knock down there shots. and get to were they are supposed to be on the court. Those bulls were very disciplined player they new what to do.

Jordan put them over the hump. but he played no part in making them better because they did there job alwayz period. They all played inspired d all the time no matter how many shots he cranked out.
yeah jordan shot 50% but he had games when he cranked out 40 with terrible shooting percentages also. he messed up plenty and you know what the team bailed him out by still going to work. I watched and hodges making 3 after 3 kerr paxon armstrong. all of them were deadly from the three and had great mid range jumpers did he teach them that skills no. the gm new what they could do

Jordan's team didn't have the most dominant 5 of all-time playing with it tho. Take out Kobe, insert T-Mac, Vince, Pierce, or even Lebron into Kobe's spot and the Los Angeles Lakers would still be my favorites to win the NBA Title. Take out Jordan, insert Nique, Clyde, Reggie Miller into that Bulls team and I think they would be a solid playoff team at best.

And there is a HUUUUUUUGE difference between going to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals and WINNING the NBA Finals.

I'm glad you guys got a chuckle!

I forgot to include one player in that mix. I'm going have to get Russell out of there and put in my boy, Pistol Pete Maravich.

Honestly, I would like to make the argument that Jordan was fourth best after
                              1. Magic 2. Bird 3. Chamberlin
                              4. Jordan

But you guys would get a bigger laugh out of that.
