Re: Kobe Bryant poured in 35 points, but it wasn't enough...

Why would Kobe want to win championships with Shaq every year if nobody wants to give him credit for it? I mean Devean George has three titles but I doubt that will ever put him above anyone else and her wont get credit for them. So why would Kobe want to win title after title with Shaq(maybe, considering they have lost the last two and Shaq may be able to carry a team for maybe 2-3 years) if he gewts no more credit for it than Devean George?

Now a fair comparison, but just get the jipse of what Im saying. It makes sense to me.

"hes pratically scarred Kwame Brown callig him a "flaming ******" multiple times, but yeah hes not selfish ..."

I don't know what your definition of selfish is, but last time I checked, that does not fit the definition. Maybe Jordan was irresponsible, abusive, callous, you can call him all that for berating Kwame Brown like that. But selfish is not a word I would apply to him for what he said.

By the way, just to get it straight:

dominate should be dominaNT, and jipse is really gist.

I apologize for correcting anyone who made these mistakes, but I thought it'd be better if you knew.

Let it go, bro. Kobe is the most disliked player in the history of sports, and no matter what he does, accomplishes, wins or proves...there wil be a camp of people turned off by his arrogance(and yes he's an arrogant prick) and jaded in their assessment. Kobe is basketball's Barry Bonds or Ty Cobb, unlikable characters whos asses will be kissed beyond belief once they die.

The hipocrisy is that there was no anger when T-Mac left the up and coming Raptors to be a #1 option(selfish?)

No one was angry when MJ ran every single Chicago Bull player AND coach out of town for about...oh 3 years or so(selfish?),

No one was angry when Shaq came to EVERY camp fat as fark and out of shape, talkin' about feed the big dog or he won't play no D (selfish?...or just hungry?). Give me a break. Everybody gets a pass but the one MF who consistently played at a "best-in-the-league" level when it mattered.

Bottom line, The Lakers will be no less successful than any other 1.5 superstar team has been. Keep praying for his downfall boys, 'cause y'all are going to all be MAD. AS. HELL once the Lakers aquire Peja and a shot-blocking center...once project Kobe is FULLY up and running.

meh...typing this was a waste of kinetic energy. Haters will be unrelenting haters.
Excellent post, I hate getting involved in this thread cause its all personal opinion but how people cant see that Kobe is the best wing player since Jordan is crazy. Kobe has his chance now and I can't see him failing. Will he win a title, who knows but he will prove he is the best player in the league. And why wouldnt he want that challenge. He has done everything else there is too do. And to all a good night.

He was, he figured if he verbally abused Brown, Brown would become better, therefore save Jordan from some sort of emabarassment ...

in some way Jordan felt his basketball prowess would be tarnished by potentially drafting a 1 bust, now if thats not selfish what is ???

dont get me wrong though J-Rock is one of if not my favorite player of all-time ...

I'm not talking about 28 year old, championship-maturity level MJ, I'm talking the "fresh-into-the-league-take-every-shot-I-want-'cause-I'm-just-that-nasty-but-we-still-suck-so-these-chumps-ALL-gotta'-go" MJ.
