    I hear you.

I was trying to figure out how Dwight got pulled into this outside of “They both clashed with coaches/teammate(s). Because if those two are the same, then there’s a lot of guys like them all throughout the league on every team.

I agree, LA guaranteed. Should be interesting.
It’s easier to do the right thing, than to explain why you didn’t.

I hope he signs with the Warriors for the minimum.

Y'all know Melo is going to be out here asking for a max deal.

But I do think he ends up with the Lakers.

Yeah there have been a lot of them, I was just posting as the response to me saying "bit of a cancer" was taken as being overboard, which I agree cancer may not have been the best term in this instance, but someone had posted that it was waayyyyyy too strong of a word to use and I was just pointing out that similar acts from some players would have justified the "cancer" label.

Definitely not saying this will be a trend, as seemingly it's become a pattern for Dwight, or that he's going to be a problem everywhere he goes. I just don't believe all of this is a simple as him just keeping to himself.

Thunder got George but lost the gamble on Melo... Oh well, still over the cap.

Kawhi's people deny the story about hiding him from those poor spurs staffers.

                Who else is out there?

Thunder to explore trades first to see if anyone wants a massive expiring deal, and then may stretch or buy him out.

The financial implications of Carmelo Anthony opting in for $27.9 million have dictated that the Thunder will part ways with the forward this summer, sources told ESPN.

Lakers adding a roster full of play-makers and defenders might make it a halfway decent fit if all Melo is asked to do is score. Would be big for the Lakers if he would agree to come off the bench, let him shoulder the scoring load when he comes in and also when LeBron sits.

Watch him go to GS though lol.

Lakers should find a way to try and trade Deng for Melo the Thunder could pick up some assets then just stretch Deng. I don't see many teams he would waive his NTC to but on the trade market he does have some value as a expiring deal.

Surely not, did they really? lol

Spurs should just trade this dude and move on so all this will die. I wonder who's even leaking some of this stuff. If not Kawhi's camp to lower his value so nobody out-offers the Lakers, then who? Surely not the Spurs, as the more they put out stuff like this the less interest they are going to have. No matter how out there rumors get it's typically someone from one side or the other trying to stir the pot.

I'll definitely take Melo in LA. LeBron should be able to keep him in check, and having another ISO scorer is always nice.

Yeah, they did just say it was bull...

ESPN out there piece-mealing people with gossip because they know neither Kawhi nor the Spurs talk about their internal stuff externally.

RC Buford already said theyre going to work with kawhi to get him to stay and if not they'll look to move him.

It should've been over after that, but everyday there is more gossip from the TMZ of sports with more nonsense.

Truth of the matter is, the rumors dont help either side except for the ones who want your click bait views.

I wouldn't give up assets for Melo if I was any team. Maybe some 2nd round picks, or right to swap picks 3 years from now, but nothing substantial. But that move would set the Lakers up with an insane amount of expiring money for next season's free agency. Just not sure how much that helps OKC's situation since Deng is also making a good chunk of money.
