Re: 2018-19 Transaction Thread
Among New Orleans' priorities in an Anthony Davis deal - young players/picks/cap relief - Pels are determined to get back one player w/ All-NBA potential. Do Pels see that in Ingram, Kuzma or Ball? Boston's Jayson Tatum fits mold. Can Pels pry Tatum? All internal Pels questions.
This would seemingly completely rule the Bucks out barring some sort of miraculous three-team deal.NFL: Bills

Going back to my Knicks Offer > Lakers Offer comment, I think the Knicks offer provides a better chance at an All-NBA level player than the Lakers package does along with likely better picks, though I imagine the Lakers offer more cap relief.

To spell it out: that everyone clowning the Knicks for their "chip and a chair" strategy are in for a surprise and that the Knicks already have a guarantee."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Might sound silly but I really hope the Lakers don't trade for AD. Great player but he isn't a once in a lifetime guy. Giving up our entire team, our pick and taking back a bad contract for him is just crazy. You make that move if it means instant championships and it doesn't.
Truth is I prefered the path the lakers were on before James arrived.Comment

Re: 2018-19 Transaction Thread
It's going to take a very high-end level talent to get All-NBA honors in New Orleans, even if they are equally deserving compared to someone else in a bigger market. Zion could fit that mold, but that is still a massive unknown not only on if he will be that player, but if the Knicks even get him, and if they have a shot at KD and Kyrie if the wouldn't prefer to keep him along with Knox, Robinson, etc to pair with those two.
The Pelicans gotta know the Lakers offer isn't going anywhere. Waiting brings clarity about the Knicks potential offer and also allows Boston to get involved if they want to. And as an added bonus, it gives the Pelicans a little more time to see if the Lakers prospects show progress or not.
But as of now, I don't think you can really say anything the Lakers are offering gives them a potential All-NBA player and the pick or picks that the Lakers are offering aren't very valuable.NFL: Bills

People like me want Dolan gone
People like me don't understand why folks at the Garden love watching other players own their team by setting scoring records with no pride
People like me don't believe every rumor, especially with people like Nate who says "people aren't saying anything" buy won't say anything himself
Im good lol
