That would be a good look for Horford.

I also read something linking him to Brooklyn as well. Not sure if that plan would be to play him at the 4 or at the 5 and sit Allen though. Could be interesting though. Al could fit in on any team, I love players like that.

KOC also says Morey contacted the Knicks about a CP3 trade...

The Rockets recently explored trading Chris Paul into New York’s cap space, but the Knicks refused, according to league sources.

Having another guy on the team that can get big buckets with Mitchell is huge though I think.
It is a upgrade but I dont think it is a 17-18 million worth of a upgrade.

There is no team to beat in the West. Nuggets don't scare anyone. I could see Nuggets coming out or the Lakers or the Rockets or Portland or OKC or the Jazz etc.

Does the Memphis/Utah trade mean that Korver is headed to the Lakers at some point? He only has a partially guaranteed contract this season which Memphis will surely not want to pay for the full year.

Is everyone gonna be a Laker?

Feels like that Yankee magazine cover that declared Machado and Harper Yankess like 3 years before they were free agents.

NWO Hollywood failed the Lakers years back, I guess they're going with just the regular nwo that brought in 40 diff people lol

Korver makes sense though because they needs shooters and he fits with LeBron.

We talking about the same Nuggets team that lost to an undermanned Trail Blazers team in the second round of the playoffs this year?

I think the only way you can underrate the impact of this move and still see Nuggets as the team to beat is if you also underrate Mike Conley.

The Jazz offense will improve big time. Their defense should also be even better than it already was. And he brings a "clutch" element that they were sorely missing. When the Grizzlies were a playoff team, I remember him being one of, if not the most, clutch players in the league backed by statistics.

This is a MAJOR upgrade over what they had in Rubio and immediately puts them into the title picture next year...ahead of the Nuggets.

I was thinking the Jazz would have spacing problems with fewer players able to hit from the perimeter.

As for the Nuggets - they have some legit firepower that never suited up last season. I think they're in a good position no matter how they fared in the playoffs this year.

Portland wasn't that undermanned, they were missing Nurkic and that's it. Furthermore Portland and Denver were seperated by like 3 games in the standings if I recall, it wasn't some huge upset. I'd still slot Denver above Utah for the time being but the gap got much closer then it was before.
