Lowry is an upgrade over Schroder for what they need, and it seems as if they can’t keep Schroder anyways because he’s only in trade talks because he’s wanting more money than they will pay him.

Powell has been substantially better than KCP so far this year. And they would be swapping Trez with Drummond or Aldridge most likely, and they wouldn’t be able to keep Trez after this season anyways so that’s essentially a wash.

That’s the only way a trade for Lowry works for the Lakers without involving a 3rd team. 3 heavy rotation guys for Lowry, especially a move that pushes Wes into the starting 5 isn’t a good trade for them.

Got you I like Powell he can play but I love Trez and yeah I agree giving up 3 for just Lowry is to much. About Drummond has there been any rumors about him being traded to the lakers or any other team and what they might have to give up? I keep hearing more about Pistons just letting Drummond go but I would think they would want to get something back for him has he is a pretty good player. I just fell like people are overreacting to much to lakers and what they should do when like 99% of there issues right now are health. If lakers get Lowry and give up Schroder than they are going to need to get a new PG next year or over pay to keep Lowry any way right?

And Philly has a roster full of late picks that are currently their best players. Siakam, VanVleet, OG, Boucher, teams like Toronto, San Antonio, OKC, they do well with picks regardless of where they are in the draft order.

Oh yeah I am not saying you cant find a good player late first round or even a good player in the second round I just kind of fell like Raptors would want either a high pick or a good player back in return not just a late pick with no good players in return.

If I'm a contending team who needs PG help I would totally trade for Lowry.

As for the Raptors, don't get caught up in sentimentality, if you something of value in the table pull the trigger.

Raptors asking price from 76ers for Lowry seems to be Thybulle,Maxey and 2 firsts. That's basically 4 first round picks they're asking for.

76ers do have their own 1sts so they could deal them if needed.

No thank you. I think that is too much for a 35 year old on an expiring contract. The beauty of Sixers is that their top 3 guys are 28, 27, and 24 and pretty much locked in for the next 2-3 seasons, so we could afford to lose a younger player like that. I started off the season willing to give up Thybulle and wanting to keep Maxey. Now it's opposite. I feel Thybulle will be big in some matchups in playoffs.

I get they will be a bidding war. But, not trying to give up multiple 1sts for a 35 year old on an expiring contract. I know worse case scenario is he leaves and we still get that 30 million in space opening up, but we already have a 25+ in expiring anyway

Orlando finally trying to not chase the 8th seed. I would assume this means Terrance Ross is next.

Bulls 2 first are 2021 and 2023. This year is top 4 protected. I’m fine with this. If we miss the playoffs this year and pick in the top 4 we can add something nice. If we make the playoffs who cares losing a first in the teens this year and if we do this right by 2023 that pick will be worth **** anyway.

Bulls should be a playoff team now this year after this move.

THAT'S IT? Surely Fournier is worth more to a playoff team than 2nd round picks...that's highway robbery.
