Another Boilermaker who was the guy that guy drafted by Portland. Big guy. Jeeeezzzz why can't remember these dudes names. He definitely was in the wrong era kind of player. That's what I think of DJ. Unless he changes a bunch of things he's not going to stick.

          Caleb Swanigan?

Apparently they are real rumblings that NFL teams could be interested in him. He is listed at 6’9 275 so likely 6’7 or 6’8 and is 22. I think he could have a legit shot in the NFL

Having the height and weight doesn’t mean it’ll automatically translate to the NFL or that he’ll even be good.

Better to just enjoy him for what he’s doing because this won’t be happening in the Pros lol

When Mina Kimes said he'd have to be a TE because he's not big enough to be a tackle, I'm like "you have a tremendous football mind, but you really think dude isn't big enough?" 275 is definitely not his weight, not shaming, but cmon

We all know he is prob shorter then 6’9 and heavier then 275. So prob closer to like 6’8 and 290.

A independent draft site I follow said they easily thought he could add 20-30 lbs with his frame. You also had Jim Nagy (from senior bowl) talking about how NFL teams would be interested

That will be a terrible pick for No 1.

Feels like the #1 pick will come down to need this year. I could see the Spurs targeting him to pair with Wemby.

Spurs could just take Edey in the 2nd and have the tallest frontcourt ever

Edey would be the perfect fit for th Spurs since Wemby can cover him defense and play the 4. They have so many other assets and cap space in the future they can get the other star played with those. If they get him could Come down to if they get the extra raptors pick.
