I really enjoyed the Bret Hart MNW episode. Throwing in the reconciling part that happened on Raw a few years ago was a nice touch after all the controversy they talked about.

Unless you've never watched "Wrestling With Shadows" or don't know that much about the screwjob the latest episode of MNW was meh. They went through everything that I already know about it.

I also like that Jerry says they went through a wall when they fought.

Any word on when the Monday Night Raw episodes will start being uploaded again. It's been stopped midway through 1995 for a while now.

I agree. It sucks that on Sunday Lesnar and Cena are going to hit each other with their finishers and the first time they do it, I know there is absolutely know chance the match is going to end

I loved the nWo Bischoff punch reference they made on Nitro. Maybe 5% of the audience would have even got it but I appreciated the hardcore wink to the diehard fan.

According to Meltzer, the MNW episode of Bret Hart was yet another WWE revisionist story telling, as it leaves out several crucial stories such as an agreed ending that was agreed upon by everyone except Shawn Michaels. Tagged in spoilers because it's long

Meltzer does bring up a lot of good points, not only about Montreal, but the Monday Night Wars show in general.

Melzter always seems like an assbag to me. I think most of us knew that the truth laid somewhere between what the three guys said publicly. Good thing Dave came along to set us straight.

Which is why I'm not surprised or concerned that this is what the series is. WWE won, which is why you're getting a WWE-slanted take on the stories. Is it 100% fact? Nope. Is it 100% bull****? Nah.

Don't want WWE's take on wrestling history? Don't watch WWE-produced specials.

There is already evidence on the WWE Network (in the Bret/Shawn Rivalry documentary) that states something other than the story of Bret being completely unwilling to do business.

I don't remember the exact scenario he mentioned, but I do remember Bret in that Rivalry DVD making mention of how he had even presented to Vince and agreed to a scenario where he would drop the belt to Shawn a month later or drop it to Sid the next night or whatever.
Yeah, I believe Bret said he'd lose to Shawn in the states, just not in Canada.

Anybody else been having problems with the Network on the One lately? It plays fine for awhile then starts pausing every few seconds. Have to quit the Network and start it back up. That is also annoying because when I fast forward to get to where I stopped it doesn't always work. Sometime I just freezes.

I had this issue a few days ago on the PS3. It's worked fine since then. Probably an issue on WWE's end with the servers.

Watched the Countdown episode of RR moments...cannot believe they included Vince blowing both his quads out...so hilarious.

I was equally shocked they acknowledged and discussed the "Sunny days" promo in that Monday Night Wars episode...
