Yeah for me I still believe in the product. As soon as AEW loses my faith though it'll be very easy to never pay $60 again.

Are Sundays the best day for PPVs? Takeover used to be Saturday's and I believe AEW had Saturday shows too.

What's with everyone going with Sunday? Do more people watch these shows on Sunday vs Saturday night?

Because people are home Sunday night.

Pretty sure this one was just due to other conflicting events. Personally would rather it be on a Saturday night all the time.

COVID aside more people go out on Saturday nights. Everyone is home on Sunday nights. You’re not asking people to choose between date/bar/friends and they’re product by putting it on Sunday nights.

But in this day and age with companies being as global as they are, and the option to watch something on demand, aren't there benefits to Saturday shows? Not to mention people have work/school on Mondays, so Sunday watching a PPV until at least 11pm ET or even later for fans overseas, is harder for some.

On Saturday, if you miss the show live for whatever the reason may be, you can watch it on Sunday, or even just stay up later Saturday if you aren't able to catch it until later Saturday night. Or like I mentioned, for other countries, a Sunday night PPV over here is Monday morning for many other places, so people there aren't so likely to watch live either, and catching up requires watching the show Monday night. Something that would be easier to do either staying up Sunday or just watching it later on.

Win a Trip to AEW Dynamite, meet Chris Jericho, have front row seats and go backstage with Le Champion.

Seems like some AEW stars are going at it with Jim Cornette, and rightfully so.

The comments he makes are far from just ripping the product. He's personally attacking some stars (Penelope seems to be the one which has triggered this response).

He's far beyond just some old timer set in his ways.

Not that I think that "s___ shaming" is okay or even appropriate, but wrestling (and more specifically wrestlers) has a long and terrible history of doing this towards women (Lita, Melina & Kelly Kell to name a few).

I wouldn't be surprised at all if someone did say some of that stuff about Penelope & Cornette, unfortunately, has the gull to repeat them on social media.

It isn't needed and is completely inappropriate, but doesn't invalidate a lot of his legitimate criticisms about their product.

Miro has been an absolute flop on AEW & that can't be ignored. I'll leave it at that as I learn or read more about the situation.

And apparently Miro thought Cornette was suggesting that Penelope was a **** because he calls her Penelope Pitstop. Clearly, he doesn't know that Hanna - Barbara reference and thought it meant something more insulting.

Again, he misunderstood the reference and Cornette not giving a **** ran with it....

I thought Miro was referring to the part where Cornette called Kip a middle schooler and Penelope his ****ty girlfriend.

Yeah, that's what got the ball rolling. Again, I missed that content from his podcast & read it after my post.

That pejorative, even if meant by insulting her "appearance" only, was uncalled for and unnecessary to criticizing their terrible gimmick(s), storyline and feud.

Doubling down and claiming people have "verified" that about her was also childish & inappropriate.

He has lobbed similar unnecessary and unneeded sentiments towards Kenny Omega when criticizing him.

Still, Jim has the freedom to say these things (appropriate or not) and if it offends someone then don't listen.
