Yes, the blue 'W' stands for walk-on.

Typically, I eliminate any recruits that have any 'F' ratings and most likely any 'D' ratings. One current recruit for my Texas Southern legacy is a 2-star PG with a 'D' for rebounding. I'm still targeting him, though, as I don't look to my PG for my heavy-duty rebounding.

      Thanks for the reply

Would you consider a compromise of Indiana State?? Just a few clicks down the road from IU...

I do offer scholarships but I will give them to players that fit my priorities. First is intelligence and the second is skills. If my assistants keep sending me players that don't fit my priorities, then I won't give them out. I would like the recruit to have at least a "C" in intelligence. I also want the recruits to express an interest in coming to the school. This is a military school and I would want them to want to join the service.

So far in 2008-2009 I have offered three scholarships to players that were at least 70% interested in going to West Point and are at least a "C" in intelligence.

Because I'm following favorite teams of readers & teams being journaled here and at maddenmania.com. I was using green but it really doesn't stand out as well as blue does against the gray background but I'll be changing the color to orange because it's easier to read against the background. Some teams will be dropped due to lack of updates and some will be added due to new journals being started (like your's).

Would you like me to follow the Illini as well as the team that your coach is coaching when I start next season?
