can you elaborate please?

I can't pick plays or pause the game starting in the 3rd quarter. This did not happen before i downloaded the new update. All I can do is take the loss. Also can one of the mods direct me to a call number so I can get a refund. Can't complete team heroes if the auction isn't working.

My screen looked like that when I tried to pause the game. I couldn't do anything at all just call timeouts.

If you pause the game and go back? Since this started with the tuner try to delete and re download it.

Tuner installed - started getting "No storage available to save replay. Free up 2.13 mb of space" type message after EVERY play. If I hit OK I could keep playing but the error window popped up after every play.

Deleted tuner - no issues.

Ugh.

If Clint had responded by saying that the tuning changes had an impact (or even simply that there's a chance it could have) on what you're seeing, would you have come back and used it as proof? But because he didn't and said it was placebo, his response gets brushed aside. Interesting how that works.

Either way, glad you have a way to play where you're happy with things. It's a good game this year.

If you uninstall all the tuners and patches so far, and then play a game, the tackling will be significantly different.

There's no way anyone can tell me different when it's as plain as day. Multiple people aren't about to make something up for the sake of making it up. (At least I'm not, that would be childish as hell )

I'm not here to try and make the game look bad, I have no agenda whatsoever, but the tackling is different, it has been changed. That right there is fact. Clint may say tackling wasn't changed, because they didn't put any changes into it, but something is definitely 100% different with tackling.

Not everyone is evil if they don't like something about this game.

Actually, Clint did say it did affect break tackles, which I can tell as well.

I've clearly said, it is what it is, people will see what they see.

I think some of us, including Mill, were citing the fact that people were chiming in before downloading the tuner. Once they were called out on that, they came back in after playing a game or a few, and still backed up their opinion prior to downloading the tuner.

Gos, I know you like to tell it like you see or feel, which is what this place is for. Personally, I think there is still some feelings from people that won't believe a darn word the developers say because of personal past experiences (or bias) with the game.(not saying it's you or anyone else in here, but that is a vibe I get)

Clint didn't say tackling didn't change, he said they tuned down the break tackles.

In my eyes and experiences, and others peoples eyes and experiences, I find the tuner made the game better.

I don't feel either side will change the mind of each other. Your point about being evil is ironic, I feel the same way stepping in the 2k forums.

Yesterday I played a game and I recorded a few tackles to try to explain what is what some people are seeing. Keep in mind that this is not something that it wouldn't happen with the tuner. It just happen way less. Without the tuner almost every tackle looks like it. The way I describe is "messy" like you can't really tell exactly who did the tackle.

I'm wondering why should I bother but I just want to show what I'm seeing. Like someone said above both sides are not going to change their mind. I just want to show something more than words. Hopefully it helps in anyway.

The official word is no.

To answer you question love the messy tackles. It just felt more physics are in place.
But some are seeing that and others don't. So the best thing to do if you want to decide for yourself is delete tuner. Play game. Re download tuner play a game. Nothing that you can't roll back.


Keep in mind that you need tuner for online and also the tuner will be added to next patch. So in long term it will be a pain to avoid the tuner. So if you like it more with the tuner you will have a simple game life [emoji4]

If there are less of those backbreaker like tackles after the tuner, that's a positive for me. I've never liked how they looked on replay and I don't see those type of tackles long enough when I'm playing a game.

It's all a personal opinion, but, I've just never liked how they looked on the game. To me, it looks like bodies contorting in ways we don't see on Sunday's.

I have no issue with people who enjoy those type of tackles in the game, it's just not for me.

It all boils down to personal preference, sucks for those you enjoy those type of tackles, if true.

Yeah. I agree that this a personal preference. I read somewhere that he liked that the tackles are "cleaner" so I guess he meant this. And I agree some people don't like this "backbreaker" tackles and others do.

Nice. I was actually going to post today, how much better the game looks on slow speed. Imo. Getting more of that stuff, which I like as well. But looking at your vids, I Think it's the players have more of that "weighty" feel about them. Like their running on the field. I have to actually look for that tonight.

Absolutely road, I could totally understand that. Yeah some of those tackles are totally over the top. What I love personally is the idea of there are endless amounts of different ways of players going down. Forward, backward, backbreakers, falling, flipping. Yes this is definitely a preference thing.
