Idk my first game with the tuner on default all madden and I had 337 rushing yards with AP. By far my most. And the cpu had 253 with David Johnson. My 6-3 Vikes won in a shootout 46-40 in OT. This game just can't be played on default to get sim stats in 15 min qtrs can it?

No it can't. QBA and PBK have to go way down. Also, did you have accelerated clock on? If you don't have it on, you gotta go 8-9 minute quarters.

I did it and I've been playing games with default All Pro in a offline franchise. When I say default I mean laterally out of the box default. 6 min quarters and everything.

Obviously it doesn't get enough plays and the yards and scores are low but, I'm actually kind of shocked with how challenging it's been. I'm 3-2 so far playing the first 5 games of week one. The game as the Jags I was totally shut down by the CPU. I'm talking less that 30% passing. Lol.

It's been really balanced and challenging.

I only wanted try it out that way because that is the level they tune to game with. All Pro default. Just to get a better feel for how the game is really playing

I'm still seeing way too many breakout runs by myself and the CPU. 60+ yard touchdown runs are a rarity in the NFL. The pursuit is bad.

I just played my first game and I saw quite a difference. Run defense is much improved. Not sure i like the stickier offensive line? I think I would be fine with better pass protection if it weren't for the hole "stonewall" problem standing out more.

If you use some house rules, All pro can be very challenging. But house rules are a must.

I wasn't really even using house rules. I run a bunch of plays and don't lean on money plays but, I was switching on defense. Not sure why but it's more challenging for me for now

You can try. I switch back and forth. Some games all pro looks like all madden. But again I use house rules.

Ahh, I gotcha. Yeah I've noticed more big hits on ball carriers. I'll have to look out for static tackles next game.

Lowering the tackle slider gets rid of a lot of the big hits. If you lower it then players will look to wrap up more and you see a wider variety of tackle animations instead of big hits. It's been this way forever. Not sure why people on the previous few pages were saying sliders can't fix their problem, when the tackle slider does exactly that

I can win on All Madden. I have an All Madden slider set. I lost 2 of 5 on default All Pro.

You can't just run money plays all game and play realistic but, yes I was very challenged. I lost to GB with the Jags and sadly I got shut out. Lol. I don't know how long it's been since I got shut out at Madden
