Seems like the NFLPA didn't have any problems afterwards with the owners vote, makes the NFLPA look even worse now.

How does it make the players look worse? My under standing after all the reports all the players wanted was time to look over the proposal to make sure it was with they agreed upon and time to educate the rest of the league about the new deal.
You looking at the Chair MAN!

Number may not tell the whole story ,but they never lie either.

yep. they basically were embarrassed the owners voted the deal in after they got tired of waiting on the players, so the players played this game of "they put a bunch of stuff in we didn't agree on, we aren't agreeing on anything" crap so they could save some face and appear to be in control of the ordeal. whatever, sign it, ratify it, and let's get some football camps open...

That would have been perfectly fine if they just came out and said that. Instead we got a bunch of players and NFLPA people saying the owners tricked them, added a bunch of stuff, was a PR stunt, we didn't agree to anything they voted on, we don't know what is in the deal, they are illegally forcing the union on us, etc.

The NFLPA really screwed up and lost the PR war. They could have simply released a statement saying they needed a day or 2 to review it and vote.

Early word on length of deal: Firm 10 years, no opt-out clause

One of the big questions regarding the deal on which the NFLPA* Executive Committee reportedly will vote on Monday is whether the contract will cover 10 years, or whether it will have an early opt-out provision.

It is now official. Jay Glazer reports that the NFLPA have agreed to the new CBA minutes ago.

I was falling asleep as I was watching them announce that football would be back on Mike and Mike, so I don't know if I dreamed this or if it was really said, but I think I heard something like "no guaranteed contracts" or something that would pretty much make it impossible for the Bills to sign any big name players. In retrospect, this sounds pretty silly so I assume I was dreaming it lol.
