So basically you want to take away the uniqueness of pro football scheduling.

Unfortunately, you run 930AM games on Sunday and you're probably losing out on a good percentage of customers on the West Coast. Then again, they're used to settling in at 10AM for NFL Sunday, what's a few extra hours? Heh.
A 9:30 AM game would be losing out on non-East coasters, and anyone who attends church Sunday mornings. Not sure how successful it'd be. I'd watch, probably, but I think most of us are more than casual fans.

Used to have to set an alarm to get up for the 10am games, as a parent I'm up around when the 6:30am games start though.

I like them, gives the London games their own spotlight, but yeah they're not for everyone.

The only game that feels really out of place for me is the MNF double header opening week and the garbage announcing crew that usually ends up on one of them.

Unique or not, it sucks. I want to be able to watch more than 2 games at a time without paying extra

It's really not even all that unique. You have the noon slot, the 3:30 slot and the 8:00 slot with college. Pretty familiar, there are just more variances to that due to the number of college teams versus the NFL. If college football had only 32 teams it would be no different.

I'm with you, I'd love to see more networks involved because that's the underlying issue (not so much the start time), but realize it will never happen.

It could happen within 10 years IMO once the old guard owners sell off their teams/pass away. Guys like Dan Snyder and the Jones Family are just itching to do away with the TV revenue sharing. I'd make a comparison but it invokes religion but suffice it to say, the basic TV revenue sharing structure is a sacred cow.

Sure it makes sense for several teams but not enough of them to invoke any sort of change.

The NFL makes a killing of the NFL package alone, it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

I have to buy to ensure I can see every Broncos game but I can see Montana State about 4 times a year without buying any sort of College Football package.

I would love this!!! This would make me very happy.

Also I would be happy if the NFL would ban Chris Collinsworth from calling anymore games.

Why doesn't every channel do the player introductions like SNF does? I find those to be hilarious sometimes

Yea the teams each get $218+ million from the new TV deal according to Forbes.

See I like that as a thing as long as it doesn't happen too often. But the garbage announcing crew really drags it down. I know Berman gets it because he pretty much calls his own shots up there, but man is it terrible.

Thursday night games are the devil, tbh.

It can make a team's injury situation worse and it drags down the product as a whole. Just save Thursday games for holidays.

Didn't Thursday night games not use to come till towards the end of the season?

I believe Thanksgiving was the first Thursday game.
