My roomies and I already have a few GCN games. We all own Gamecubes, we've just been too stubborn to spend the money on wii games. I thought RE:4 was too easy, but it was fun. I can never get into Viewtiful Joe but for some reason I still play MVP 2005 for gamecube.

Yeah, don't sell it! Just be content with the fact that you'll go through Wii gaming streaks, both up and down. It obviously doesn't get the releases a 360 or PS3 do, but you'll be playing Mario Galaxy, SSB, Mario Kart, other games...
I know I can't wait for the next Trauma Center, just not sure when I'll get it with this fall so crazy full of games.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Actually my video game wishlist for Christmas is pretty stacked for the Wii:
Super Mario Galaxy
Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure
Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga
MLB Power Pros
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games
I think I've only got PS3 games on the list.
Atlanta Braves - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

Re: Official Wii Discussion
Hey guys...a couple of things I was wondering.
1. The "wavebird" controller for the Gamecube. I've heard this is a great controller- my only question is whether or not it can be used for games like MLB Power Pros that have a "gamecube controller" option. Is it treated as the same thing? I am growing tired of the wiimote for power pros. Still great, but not ideal.
2. Has anybody ever played/have Winning Eleven 6 for the Gamecube? I think it is a Japanese title perhaps- just wondering if it can be found in North America and if it would work on our consoles (Wii).
Thanks guys.Comment

Re: Official Wii Discussion
I have the wavebird and I have been able to use it on all my Virtual Console games that support the GC controller (ie: Mario 64, Mario Kart, etc). I don't have Power Pros, but I believe it would work with the game if it has a GC controller option.
