hOLy cow man....well i have not caved in a while, i think the last game I bought was NCAA basketball 10 by EA. So it's been a good while. I agree with your next purchase, Dante's Inferno, that will be what I'll be buying next myself.

I am going to pick up Darksiders used and have rented Bayonetta for this upcoming weekend.

Bayonetta is the best game I have played in 10 years. Darksiders is really good once you get past the hour and half long drawn out tutorial.

Re: Guilt, gaming and the "too many games" syndrome

Most of my gaming time is dedicated to sports games whether it be Madden, NCAA football or College Hoops 2k8. I still like my single player games, but I usually wait until they are dropped in price and never run out to buy them right away.

Right now, i have Fable 2, GTA4, Resident Evil 5, Dragon Age: Origins and Devil May Cry 4 for my "single player" games. The only one I've beaten is DMC4, with GTA4 about 80% complete, but I've had that for about 8 months now. The other three I haven't even started, but I haven't paid more than $20 for any of those titles, so I don't feel a lot of guilt about not getting to them yet.

When the time is right, I'll play through them al.

All of my gaming time has been with Modern Warfare 2. I'm totally hooked right now.

I have Batman: Arkham Asylum and NCAA Basketball 2010 still unopened along with Mass Effect 2 that I already had pre-ordered. I'm going to just get MLB 2K10 if it's any good, Bad Company 2 later on in summer, and NCAA Football 2011 and that'll probably (hopefully) be it for the year. I need to play catch up.

Just finished Fable 2 last night, so now I can start ME2 this weekend! (RPG's I like to play one at a time). After ME2 its back to Fallout to play the expansions. I picked up the GOTY for $40 a few weeks ago.
Sports I'm playing a little Madden, NHL and NBA.
Other games I'm in the middle of are Ghostbusters, 50 Cent, Borderlands and L4D2. Riddick is still unopened

Next buy will be BF:BC2 in March

What about Aliens vs. Predators Pete1210? Not going to get that? That game was a classic on the PC years ago, I will buy that unless the reviews are bad.

Just don't have the time. I figure I will get lost in ME2 for a while, plus all the other games I'm trying to finish.
If Aliens is good I'll have to catch up to it later. Then there's Bioshock2 and SC:Conviction that I will try to wait on. Red Dead Redemption though I will probably buy right away.
ME2, BFBC2 and RDR, gives me about a month between games. Trying to pace myself.

Don't peek in the AVP thread then or you will change your mind probably pretty quick, LOL.

Well i finally ordered a new game, my first in 3 months! I ordered Bayonetta for the Xbox. I did rent it first and played it all day Sunday. can't wait to continue on this weekend.

Also, I probably will be buying a few games here upcoming, a lot of good stuff in Feb/March. So much for staying on the wagon I guess...

The only game I have played in the last couple of months is NHL 10. It's just that good. That will all change in a month with the release of a certain baseball game. But I'm lovin me some hockey right now.
