My only complaint there would be it's not one of the nice metal ones!

Shouldn't we wait for the dust to settle before getting up in arms about everything? Or is that not an option?

This is a good point but still doesnt show why its is necessary for the box to function. If they really need devs to focus on kinect they can ship every xbox with the kinect.

I feel as though I should introduce you to the Internet Terms of Service, which I believe explicitly states that at least 87% of the information super highway must be irrationally up in arms about things they don't have all the information on at all times. We're just doing our part.

I have no idea why they need it plugged in, nor was I arguing for it to be plugged in at all times. I'm just talking about it being included with the console.

As for the fanboy garbage, labeling people one thing or another really should be up there with the name calling stuff in the TOS because what does it accomplish? I present myself in a fairly objective manner, if I say something without the right context like the above point it out, the rest really isn't necessary, find a constructive argument rather than the partisan BS.
I am going to leave it at this plain and simple, but all I see from most of yours and jmood's posts is that MSFT can do no wrong. It is even worse with mood the last few days in this thread. Do you forget in the trouble you got into for dogging the Wii U early on and was asked to stop. I'm just saying, look at post history and more so at moods, but it is in favor of the MSFT brand. That is fine, I don't blame you guys, but there is no need to push the way mood is especially. I think he forgets that when 360 first came out, you had a HDD-less 360 and a 20gb 360 which from a technical specs standpoint you are telling developers that a HDD is not mandatory. Now over time as each revision evolved more memory was added to the cheaper unit segregating the market and also how developers could take advantage of the hardware.

I don't know about you guys, but I do not like so much where gaming is heading with consoles. I have for the most part switched over to PC with some light console gaming. Both Sony and MSFT have their issues and I have owned both over the course of the last 8 years.

Need an Illumiroom + Google Glass bundle, call it the 'Mom's basement package' with the HUD only present in the Google Glass.

That way all my favorite games can start making new editions with it in mind because they'll know it's there. I look forward to creating my own custom NBA 2K post-shot downcourt trots.

I know that. Your reasons why everyone will have a kinect are completely valid. Why everyone must have an active one is still to be determined.

Given that it's a vacuum it's a pretty constant level of suckage.
