Re: Xbox One
Think I'm gonna pick up the CoD bundle now that it's $449 in some places...I mean basically paying $50 for 500 extra GBs and a game...plus I know I'm in the minority but I like the looks of it. Really solid deal IMO...Patrick Mahomes > GodComment

Re: Xbox One
I have a PS4 as my main console in our living room on the big screen, and if I could only have one system that would be it. That said... I decided to get an Xbox One for my man cave due to it's media capabilities (and because it's far and away the best choice for racing genres fans), and I have to admit... I am damn impressed. The "Snap" feature is fantastic. Being able to watch football while playing games? Amazing. I love the controller for sports titles, so I will definitely be using this system for MS first party titles and sports games (and possibly CoD).
Oh, and as if it even needs to be said... Horizon 2 is incredible.

Horizon 2 is amazing and I love all the Xbox One features. MP games I play on PS4 because all of my friends are on there but everything else is Xbox One.Comment

Re: Xbox One
I was watching streams of review copies and all I can say is those people on Twitch saved me a few hundred dollars.
Really disappointing because I had high hopes for sunset, but it just didn't end up appealing to me. I got bored watching different streams after 10-15 minutes and still kept watching for a few hours in hopes I'd find something to hook me.badComment

Xbox One Is Getting a $50 'Holiday' Price Drop, Will Cost $349
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/BA2nTZ0WhQM?rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Starting on November 2, the no-Kinect Xbox One and two of its related bundles will be sold at a discounted price of $349.
The price cut applies to the Kinect-less XBO Assassin's Creed Unity bundle and the also Kinect-less XBO Special Edition Sunset Overdrive bundle, the contents of which are detailed in the announcement (and the video above). Each will cost $349.
Two more bundles, the XBO Limited Edition Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare bundle and the Kinect XBO Assassin's Creed Unity bundle, will also be available for a discounted $449.
The cut applies to the standard consoles as well, with Kinect-less and Kinect Xbox Ones selling for $349 and $449, respectively.
Not bad. May have to cop that Sunset Overdrive bundle to match my Destiny PS4. Pretty awesome deal for anyone who has wanted an Xbox and been waiting for a deal.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Going to wait to see what Black Friday brings before jumping on that deal. See if someone adds a free Live subscription or game to one of the bundles.
Won't lie though. The bundle choices are ***. Assassin's Creed or Sunset Overdrive? Crap.Comment

Re: Xbox One
I don't know about the game choices (they will and are huge titles this holiday season), but the white console..I like it. Only problem, everything in my entertainment centre is black. I would like to see one with an increase to 1 tb.I am the lesson after the fall.Comment

I don't know how you can judge a game without playing it. Diablo looks boring as hell when you watch other people play it but when I play it I can't put the controller down.Comment

Re: Xbox One
The concept and legacy behind diablo hooks you though, it is a certain type of game. I don't completely disagree with either of you. I agree with Uber but I only watched maybe 15 minutes of a live stream and was kinda bored.
Will definitely want to redbox it, but not sure I'll be picking it up quite yet with my current slate of games I'm playing.Comment

Re: Xbox One
Almost positive those bundled games are digital downloads.
Best bet is to wait until Black Friday. Retailers will create their own bundles and add things to ones already available. The $50 off seals the deal for me though. Was already 95% committed to buying one for our family room, now I am 99.9999% certain to by the end of next month. Whatever game comes with it doesn't even matter as the XB1 will be used more for other things. Gaming is secondary.
I just really got my hopes up for a Halo bundle. lolComment
