Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
The annoying part is that they can't refund the cash, I had a similar situation a few years ago on Live where I bought something digitally by mistake and when I went to refund it, they told me they couldnt do it because I paid with MS points lol, and I had, except that it was their fault because it was before they accepted cash, so every transaction was converted through MS points anyway. I'm assuming the same happened here, where they can't refund the bank because someone used your card to buy Wallet money and now they think you used your wallet. It's a bizarre issue.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Was your password unique to this service or did you use it for another account? An account leak from a exploited site just hit the market recently so they're going to try those username/passwords against other sites.Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
Yep, every site you have should have a different password. Different email address for some if you can too, just to limit the chances. Example, my bank, email, OS and PSN passwords are completely different log-in's and passwords. Just to try to limit myself as much as possible. I've been hacked on XBL (lost my account for over a month) and had my bank account hacked once and credit card stole once too LOL All of which SUCKED!Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I have 3 main ones and they are all different but it does exist on a site or two. What was the service which featured the exploit?Comment

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
I have all my passwords/usernames written down on a piece of paper in my desk drawer at home. I have two-step verification where available whether its by text or a random code generator.

I've looked at them but didn't know if they were strong enough to be used. I guess I figured that getting hacked would be worse.

Re: PlayStation 4 Discussion
So maybe you were logged into another computer and forgot? Anyone in the household, children, etc.?
I hope it gets resolved for you. Quite puzzling.
