So if you could pick 1 game that has not been confirmed yet to get pro patch what game would it be? I would say batman Arkham knight. Knight is already one of the best looking games this gen and I can hardly imagine just how awesome it would look in 4k and with HDR. Heck I am most likely not going to even get a pro and still have a 1080p TV but I do think I am going to get a 4k TV soon and even if I don't have the pro if I get a 4k TV it would be awesome to just have HDR for knight.

You will on a 4K tv because the PS4 pro has a 4K upscaler for 4K tvs

I have a Samsung JU6500 and can't decide if it's better to turn off game mode and change my UHD input to PC, or use game mode instead. Any suggestions?

check rtings website to see what input lag is on game mode vs pc input rename

Usually with samsungs the last 2 years game mode was better and pc mode also locks many of the pq settings that you can modify in game mode

I was truly on the fence about the ps4 pro should I or shouldn't get so I went into my local Best Buy today and low and behold they had the ps4 pro set up on a 4k 65 in tv playing call of duty..

I saw crisp and clean graphics with outstanding colors!!! I don't own a 4k tv; I currently game on a Benq gaming monitor, but after seeing the ps4 pro with my own eyes I casually ran to the checkout counter and pre ordered this bad boy!!!!!!!

My only problem now is sneaking it in my house without my nosey wife noticing it

I was truly on the fence about the ps4 pro should I or shouldn't get so I went into my local Best Buy today and low and behold they had the ps4 pro set up on a 4k 65 in tv playing call of duty..

The closet one to me is about 25 minutes from me. So I don't know if they have the pro set up or not but in the past never have they had a system set up on that big of a TV. I think the TV they have had the ps4 set up onto was like 42 inch or something.

Yeah they had that bad boy setup with some sony VR reps playing call of duty...I will wait for the right price for a good 4k tv or I will wait which is my preference for a 4k hdr monitor....

I don't ever remember seeing a setup of this nature ever before either. However I can see places like BB are probably trying to parley the release of the pro into people packaging it with a new 4K tv just in time for Black Friday and the holiday shopping season, just my opinion

Just went to GameStop to trade in PS4 to put toward the pro. Dude told me to hold on they might be doing up to 175. I am sure NY will know/shoot this down.

Two things:

A.) Dickey asked about 2TB drives a few pages ago. I brought up a SSD and a standard drive. I just found out there is a new hybrid drive that is 2TB and I think runs for about 140, its called the Firecuda. Right now it is sold out nationwide apparently though, at least the laptop version is. If you look for it to put a backorder in for it make sure you are getting the 2.5 inch version, the laptop version, not the 3.5 inch desktop version.

This is probably the drive I will switch to once it becomes available again. Only issue is I think it only has 8gb NAND as opposed to 32 or greater with some other hybrid drives that are smaller. (this basically means that the actual SSD portion of the hybrid drive is only 8 gigs).

I could use some advice and I am sorry if this is completely off topic. Not trying to derail anything, I promise.

When I used to sell things on CL, which I have done quite often over the years with only success and positive experiences (I have a pretty thorough vetting process to pick a buyer I feel confident is legit) I have never had a problem just letting them come to my house.

It's been a little while and things are a little different. I live with a dog who is pretty aggro to strangers, and it's just a headache anytime someone comes in the dog isn't familiar with. Also, I am in the worst physical shape of my life and just don't feel confident to handle myself if something were to go down, which wasn't an issue years ago. This sucks to admit, but it's true.

I am gonna put my PS4 Slim on CraigsList today and I am sure I will get a number of offers pretty quickly. I am offering to throw in either a 1tb hybrid drive or a 1.5 TB standard drive as well as including a game (either DOOM or Rock band 4) so I imagine I will get 220 or 240 for it pretty easily.

What are viable options to meeting someone public for an exchange like this? Is my only real option just to record a video of me using the PS4 and saying things in context to the sale to prove its legit? Any tips here would be great. Obviously proving the PS4 is in as good of shape as I claim it is, is a big part of the sale.

SO PUMPED for the Pro. Considering taking Thursday off from work but it might be tacky of my to use a day off only 5 weeks into the new job. I will probably just have it downloading all my digital stuff all day and then hit it hard Thursday night!

So someone is posting 1080p 60fps from the ps4 pro? Are they using an external capture card? Also, i read somewhere last night that the ps4 pro could actually record 60fps but at 720p. Any truth to that? I really wanted 1080p 60fps with out needing external hardware but 720p 60fps would suffice. Thanks

I'm sure they're using an elgato device. If you're looking make videos, it would be a better choice than relying on the share capabilities.

I thought I read that it can stream 1080p 60fps on youtube. I could be wrong

From what I understand, or understood, the things I saw last night (screens and vids) were uploaded straight from the Pro. I could be wrong

If I am wrong, then the guy must have clearly been using an elgato

Yeah that is true about black Friday. I also live in a small town and the best buy that is the closet to me is in a town close to me that is pretty small to like 16000 people. So I think depending on if you are in a small town or a big city may make a difference to with how they do things because like this best buy I don't think they do midnights opening that often for example.

Oh ok figured you where just about to buy a 4k TV now with getting the pro and what you said. So like how much are you wanting to spend on a 4k TV at most then?
