Interesting. And after looking up mine in Rtings I can't tell what mine is at with UHD enabled and game mode on. Is it 26.5 or 48? Me is confused.

The Samsung JU6500 is a good and reasonably-priced 4k LED TV. However, it has a few flaws, like judder in 24p content and a loss of saturation at a wide angles.

      I feel you on this

As to your first question I dunno how to test input lag scientifically like they do for reviews other than just playing on it and seeing how it feels.

Good predicfion, I could see this happening.

When I look down the line I think "tipping point type gsmes" for people on the fence could be FF15, Horizon, Days Gone, and/or The Show (assuming that studio is all-in on Pro mode this year)

All depending on the gamer, of course

The first two games I'm going to check out on the Pro is NBA 2K17 and BF1. Now that I have the larger HDD on the Pro I may as well re-download The Division since I have the digital gold edition.

Do not turn on UHD or you will get high input lag of 48ms

Keep game mode on and UHD off and you will get excellent results 26ms

Only 2 games I've played so far, other note NBA2k17 runs the fan load but that's been norm for that series

I can't wait for The Show 17 to come out for this thing next year

So much so that I am now leaning on getting all my new games on the Pro vs. the Xbox One.

                  You will not be disappointed.
I have the same TV (55 inch) in my living room. I was planning on moving it to my mancave and upgrading to a 60-65 inch in my living room. That what I really want to do, but maybe I should just get a TV that supports HDR for my mancave instead. I wonder how much difference it makes?

FYI apparently you can pop the top off the Pro to clean the fan without voiding the warranty

I'm OCD about dusting my gaming desk every night and cleaning my PC weekly so I'll be watching the video on this to see how they do it most efficiently

Do you have a model number? LG has multiple models, both 1080p and 4K, that are 55" OLED.

I got my 4K set in July but passed on the HDR model since I wasn't sure how big of a deal HDR would be. I kind of wish I had gone HDR, but I'm thrilled with the TV I have. After tweaking the calibration, it looks amazing.

Spent all of last night re-installing my games (damn patches took forever to download) so I haven't actually played yet. But I'm eager to see how the Pro looks for me.

It's a shame that this console is still anchored by these awful obsolete jaguar processor for the CPU

The overclock is nice but it's still a very weak processor by today's standards and seems to be any some pro games are having performance quirks

Wonder if the Scorpio will stick with Jaguar or find way to implement a better cpu and maintain full compatibility

I agree, I don't want my games to have worse AI if I don't use HDR.

Heh to be frank, I really do agree. You have to have some compromises when turning on this thing, and if you can accept them then I suppose that it's worth it. If you can't accept it, then you either have to go without the technological advancement, or wait until companies can get their televisions to do this without significant input lag. We can't have our cake and eat it too.

The site was very confusing, to be honest. It only shows input lag for 1080p signals. Not sure why. There is one line there that says input lag outside of game mode is 118ms. I wonder if that would be the input lag in 4K mode then. Very confusing LOLOL
